Dreadful service, purchased an expensive gift as a Xmas present two weeks ago with a 3 day delivery, still not received and despite several emails (not replied to & no answer when attempting to call I now have the trouble of claiming my money back through my bank & having to source a different gift.
Avoid at all costs!!

Ordered Christmas gifts on the 29/11/2024 and on 17/12/2024 still not being delivered. Customer service inexistant and no one is responding. Do not order from this company.

"Slow dispatch and bad customer service"
Ordered Christmas wrapping paper and lights in November and I am still waiting for it to be despatched (it’s now Dec 17th). Contacted customer services 3 times before they responded only to be told it will be sent next week!! Too late for Christmas! Very disappointed 😤

"Dreadful experience"
Dreadful experience. Placed an order for wrapping paper and ribbon in November and it’s still waiting to be picked. For the last 3 weeks I’ve been told it will be shipped next week.
I’ve organised a charge back to my card via the bank.
I urge others not to buy from these liars and scammers. Save yourself the stress and buy elsewhere!!!

"Goods didn't arrive and still no refund. "
I ordered a set of four champagne flutes for a close family member's 50th birthday. The goods took over two weeks to arrive, missing the birthday, and only one single flute was sent despite the order note saying four were ordered. Customer services have been terrible with no apology. I've had to pay my own postage to return the single flute and two weeks on I've had no refund or email update. So disappointing. Avoid.

"Shocking customer service "
This company clearly has a massive problem with mis-selling. If someone sells you Christmas wrapping paper, and you pay for it on 3rd December, you would expect to receive it in time to wrap your presents and be able to send them. Here we are on 16th December and ‘it may be despatched in the next 3-5 days’ but no guarantee of this and no offer to cancel order and refund the money. Have said they will escalate my complaint but then complete silence with no update. Have used this company many times before but will never use them again and would not recommend anyone else to use them.

"woefully inadequate"
Placed 2 orders. The first on standard delivery was made 2 weeks ago still no sign of the item and no tracking update. All I get is an automated response saying someone will be in touch in a couple of days which hasn't happened. The second order was made 5 days ago and I paid extra for next day delivery. Again no sign of the item, no update and automated response. Simply not good enough.
to Edit. I provided the details requested in the response below and have contacted them again but still no sign of the 1st order and tracking number isn't recognised. The next day delivery I paid £8 for arrived after 6 days. I put the lights up on 23rd December, Its now boxing day and the lights have already stopped working. I'm £150 out of pocket for the 1st item and I've had order similar
items elsewhere.
Cox and Cox solution? To offer me a £30 voucher for a future purchase! when I pointed out the issue of next day delivery payment I was offered £40 voucher, they wouldnt even apply this to the item they've since dispatched which I'll end up returning, as if I ever want to buy anything from there again.

"Do not use this company"
Having agreed to refund me after I sent back my order I am now getting no response from them. I was assured that once the order was picked up I would receive the nearly £400 back but nothing and no emails to say what is the next step. The initial order had items missing, broken and very bad quality.

"Products never arrived "
The reviews speak for themselves. This company has appalling customer service. They don’t reply to emails or enquiries via the website, my order has not arrived when it was placed on 5/12/24 and I paid for next day delivery.
I spoke to a customer service advisor who found no record of my order despite the money leaving my account. They said they’d look into it and call me back in 30 minutes- which of course they didn’t do. The line now just rings with no answer.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
