Appalling customer service; still awaiting items expected late November. Been given multiple promises by Kevin in Customer Services of items being dispatched - clearly making it up! Complete inability to understand which items are outstanding from which order. Won't give name or contact details of anyone with authority. Have now cancelled and requested refund

I am annoyed with myself for ordering from this company again. I had a bad experience a couple of years ago, with terrible customer service and swore not to use them again. Ordered wrapping paper on 9th December, as of today, my order has still not been ‘picked.’
I emailed several days ago and got a generic response, we are very busy blah blah, delivering orders in 7-10 days which is around double the estimate on placing the order. Have tried calling but the line doesn’t ring and there’s no response on the online chat. Beyond frustrating and appalling set-up
I am not hopeful that my order will be delivered in time dir Christmas.
Seems the ‘new’ company is no better than the old one, which went bust.

"Reporting to Trading Standards"
Ordered a Christmas Item on 6 December on a 3-5 day delivery and it has not arrived. Emailed for an update on 13 December and received a generic reply. No response to a further email yesterday. I entered into a contract with cox and cox. They made an offer of a service and I accepted it by ordering an item and paying for it. I am now dismayed that they are saying on their website that orders made by 19 December will be received by Christmas

I ordered a nordic bench from Cox and Cox over a month ago. Two Klarna payments taken and no bench has arrived. Customer service is appaling.

Update -Amazing that C&C want to respond in a public forum but refuse for long periods of time to respond to private emails. Disappointed doesn’t do it justice

Ordered two large items 22 Nov. One arrived quickly and very good quality. As expected from previous experience.
Second item has not arrived four weeks later. It seems the company are failing to fulfill orders and sporadically responding to customers with generic responses saying items will be dispatched within the next few days which then are not. This is not great, but it does happen and no doubt they are trying to fulfill orders.
What has encouraged me to write this review is the posts they have placed on their website and social media encouraging customers to place orders by 19th December in order to receive goods by Christmas. This is extremely unethical as they clearly know they have no way to fulfill orders when they have a backlog and such internal issues. Customers are requesting refunds and they are not responding. So to encourage new orders is nothing short of criminal Cox and Cox.

"Disgusting service avoid "
I placed a very large order on 10th November which was dispatched at the beginning of December with numerous damaged and non working items .
I immediately contacted customer service who offered me £10 voucher as compensation, pretty insulting as I had spent a large amount of money .
This was then increased to £20 .
After contacting them continuously regarding 4 items that didn’t work I had to send videos of a non working light !
Finally they agreed to replace faulty items this took 3 weeks and to date I have received absolutely nothing .
Every email takes at least 4 days for a response and then it’s placatory and insulting.

Lovely products but pre ordered and delivery was late by a month. However, Baha was very helpful every time and arranged a voucher for me. Painting was worth the wait so very happy.

My delivery was 5 days late despite me paying for next day delivery which was very disappointing. HAYAT sorted out a refund for me with minimal fuss which was great
