"Worst customer service"

Worst customer service! Further to my review, 5 days ago sent the requested information and still nothing! At least I got a reply via trust pilot so can I just have my money back pls! I reordered via other companies and got the parcels within 3 day!

"Is this company a SCAM?"

I ordered a coat rack on 24/10/24 and it was “in stock”. 1 week later I called for an update & was told that it was not in stock but would be sent out early in November. On 11/11/24 I sent an email asking for an update, where they “confirmed” that the item would arrive by mid-November and be delivered to me by the end of November. On 24/22/24 I emailed to ask for an update where I was told that “due to the busy Christmas period that there was a slight delay from the supplier’s side” but they “confirmed” delivery before Christmas. I emailed again on 12/12/24 asking for an update but received no response. In the emails they provided a customer services telephone number which I called on 21/12/24 (leaving a voicemail) and 22/12/24 (once again leaving a voicemail). I have emailed once again on 22/12/24.
It seems to me that this company is at worst a scam, and at best, has very poor customer services

"No delivery and no response "

Ordered a bench that was listed as in stock so was expecting it 3-4 days later (especially as they charge £15 for this!) did not hear from them. Emailed asking for an update and received no reply within the 2-3 days stated on the autoresponse. Messaged on website chat function, no response. How unethical it is to list items as in stock, list delivery dates before
Xmas that cannot be promised, and not response to customers. I did not even think to check how effectively they were operating as I know many people who have ordered from them in the past and assumed I would have the same good experience but clearly their methods of operating have changed a great deal and just appear fraudulent nowadays.

"I want to give a balanced view"

I want to give a balanced view, but i can't. What an appalling start to what should be a wonderful time of year. Having placed a large order for various Christmas items & gifts on the 1st December there has been delay, after delay, after delay of the entire shopping list. Like many other customers I have sent countless emails, contacted via the online BOT & called on the land line to only get several automated responses referencing the fact that it is Christmas & Cox & Cox are experiencing significant service delays. I am surprised that this event has so blind sided you given it is the same time every year...... Even if the items do now arrive (It is however now the 22nd Dec), the level of stress caused, far out ways any of the expected enjoyment so please don't take the time to follow up on this site with your standard response. I have no interest in listening to your concern. The buying public have a legal right to receive goods in good faith once the purchase is made & you Cox & Cox have let people down on every possible element of this interaction. Merry Christmas.

"Fatima was amazing!!"

I ordered a Shoe Rack and it arrived damaged. I sent emails with photographs and Fatima sorted out my problem. Fatima offered me a discount and £190 to spend on a furture item from Cox and Cox. Fatima was just so so helpful and offered me amazing cutomer service, I can’t thank her enough!

"Customer service"

Despite my order delayed, I had exceptional customer service from Jenna. She emailed me back promptly and dealt with my queries in a very helpful, professional and friendly manner. Thank you Jenna as it can be very frustrating not being able to contact a company directly but you have been outstanding and represented your company incredibly well- they are lucky to have you!

"Gone to ground"

Ordered Christmas tree decorations with next day delivery. Still not received over 2 weeks later and only automatic responses from customer service saying it’s a busy time of you so to expect delays. Seriously unimpressed. Shouldn’t be accepting payment for next day delivery if they can fulfil it, in fact, shouldn’t be accepting payment of orders if they can’t cope with the Christmas demand. Ridiculous!!

"Scammers"

Scammers, liars, delay tactics, useless, disgraceful, avoidance, incompetent, Just a few words to describe my experience in trying to get a refund for the order I have never received.
Please please if you are reading this and many other reviews on trust pilot , do not order from them you will never see your order or your money again,
It just causes stress and anxiety. Please read their social media posts, there are many customers who have been scammed by this company and are having issues.

Thank you. I have just received one of my orders and I am very pleased with the quality of the item. I have had notification from DHL that my second order will be delivered tomorrow. You just need to communicate and be honest with customers when problems arise.

"Awful from a first time buyer."

Pushed marketing to me, bought some wrapping paper and ribbon on the 6th.
It’s the 20th and no update on what should have taken 5 days.
Number hangs up when trying to contact them and no response to email.
Chasing for refund and will never use again.
