Like many others have experienced it seems cox & cox created their own headache not having enough structure in place !
My fiancé and I spent several thousands on bedroom furniture to general house accessories…
The Mia bed is great but the chevron range was disappointing frayed veneer and push closers not working 🤦🏻♂️
Then you cant get hold of anyone … finally we did a lady called Claire was brilliant very helpful and her customer service was exceptional gave us the confidence to use Cox & Cox again … thank you Claire xx

Issues still unresolved- worst customer service ever received.
I ordered on 24th November- expected in 5 days. After 5 emails and two poor devises on here I finally had a response. I was then sent the wrong items!! I have emailed 4 times, called several and left two reviews. Nothing resolved. All I have been told is my items are sent. I have been sent a cheap case rather than my full prices items- no apology or attempt to send the correct items. This is an awful store with appalling customer service. Do not use is my advice. Read all the other bad reviews on here- there are many and these are the honest ones.

Sofa ordered and paid £2000 on 30th September. I was promised it on December 7th. Now Cox & Cox admits they couldn't source the fabric, and its been 'discontinued'. I have been sitting on a plastic chair. I have Requested a refund, bruised and battered from a horrible experience.

A glitch in delivery times and communication could have been unsatisfactory and frustrating, but proactive and helpful contact from Jenna in customer service has left me happy, satisfied and definitely likely to shop with Cox & Cox again.

Ordered Christmas items on the 25th November and I still have not received them on 28th December. I Emailed twice no reply so called them on 12th December to be told they were sending them out. 28th December and still no order or contact from cox and cox. So so disappointing

"Order didn’t arrive"
I have been extremely disappointed with Cox and Cox. I always buy my Xmas wrap and ribbons from them. I ordered and paid back in September.my items still hadn’t arrived by the first week in December. When I emailed to enquire where my goods were, I was informed there had been as issue with the delivery company. I requested an immediate refund as the items were now too late to be of use. Again I received an email informing me that I would only be refunded once the goods had been returned to cox & cox by the delivery company.
I fail to understand how this has become my problem. The insinuation that I have any control of where my order is, is frankly laughable. I am still waiting for any further response or confirmation of my refund. Bearing in mind that cox & cox have been in receipt of my money since September, I am beyond disappointed at this shoddy customer service.
It has completely put me off placing the sofa order that was to be my next purchase.
Please be better than this.

The delivery was extremely delayed. The items were broken and not fit for purpose. The customer service to resolve the issue awful. Worst customer experience i have had.

If I could give minus stars I would. Have never felt compelled to write a review before but the whole experience was so awful despite me having trust in this brand so I want to warn others. I placed an order and one month later it is still nowhere to be seen. That is despite paying £20 delivery which is a ridiculous cost but I thought it would mean I would get quicker as was Christmas lights. I sent lots of emails requesting they check status of my order as no tracking was available. Each and every one of my emails was ignored. Be very careful of this company I thought they were reputable and high end. Unfortunately the opposite is true.

Terrible product quality and poor customer service. Bought an expensive set of outdoor lights which worked for just two weeks. The company refused to replace them.
