"Terrible Experience "

Unfortunately I placed an order on 1st January that according to Cox and Cox had to be mapped manually after much discussion. Constant emails and telephone calls not dealt with appropriately, Klarna taken first payment today, another call to customer service now asking for confirmation email to be sent confirming order with them, still nothing. I will not purchase from this company again, terrible customer service and staff that are not helpful.

" Orders not received "

I ordered two lamps from cox and cox in November, but received no confirmation of order email until I called them. Cox and Cox do not supply tracking information so I called again to see when my order would be delivered and I was told within 5-7 days. I didn’t receive my order and when I called again I was then told there was a two month delay. I received no email regarding the delay. While the people I spoke to were helpful on the phone and I did receive a refund I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company, particularly as they don’t supply tracking or email updates as every other company does, which I find strange.

"Disappointed "

Super Customer Service - went over and beyond to help. Tayyaba was really great and helped resolve our problem. Thank you so much.
Unfortunately since my review above, we received a delivery and were expecting 4 stools - only 1 stool came out of the 4 we have ordered and paid for. There is no date currently when we will receive the other 3 stools. Really disappointed as we now have only 1 stool as we sold our old ones. Very inconvenient and we are not happy.

Baha was extremely courteous and professional and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. Also the large glass sweet baubles are gorgeous on the tree 😊 Thank you. Lisa

"Order 001950933... still waiting for a resolution. Do not order from this company!!!"

This is my second review on this issue and I will keep posting them until the matter gets resolved. I am also going to report this matter to Trading Standards as Cox&Cox has had ample opportunity to deal with the matter.

I am still waiting for the faulty table that has been dumped in my living room to be picked up, a month after it was delivered. I have had to take 4 days off work just to wait around for the table to be delivered, for it to be put together (which it was not), for it to be collected before Christmas (which it was not), and for it to be collected on the 3rd January (which it was not).

A pick up of the table was scheduled for the 3rd January (a month after it had been delivered and after one failed collection!). I have waited all day for the delivery drivers to turn up and they have not, neither in the stated timeframe, nor outside of it.

The way this matter has been handled is beyond ridiculous and absurd. I have never had such a negative experience with a company and I strongly encourage everyone reading this review to never purchase anything from this company... unless you like to waste your time, money, and space (after all, the table has been taking up half my living room for the last 4 weeks).

I am still waiting for the matter to be resolved and I would appreciate actual action rather than just apologies for the 'inconvenience'.
