"When I contacted customer service"

When I contacted customer service, I received fantastic assistance. When I talked with Hayat, he went above and above to answer my question and gave me fantastic service.
Knowing that Cox & Cox having employees like Hayat on hand truly eases your mind, I will definitely be making more purchases from them. I appreciate Hayat being so wonderful, answering the question so promptly, and being so kind throughout the process.

"Terrible service from cox and cox "

Terrible service from cox and cox . Ordered on 2/12/24 - still no sign by 19/12/24- contacted them by phone as getting no answer by e mail . Promised delivery on 23/12/24- nothing . Now 3/1/25 - still nothing - tracking number says go back to vendor . Previous phone number unavailable now - Furious - not only didn't get the goods- I am struggling to get a refund .......

"Faulty Christmas lights resolution"

I had an issue with faulty Christmas lights. Whilst there was a bit of a delay in response, once the issue was reviewed and understood I got amazing customer service. Dara was very helpful and arranged a very quick replacement. Very polite and quick responses with our communications. Thanks Dara - you’ve got 2025 off to a great start.

"Appalling customer service and delivery experience with broken products - **issues rectified after posting negative review publicly "

I ordered plates on 2nd December as a Christmas Gift.
There was no update on delivery and I sent multiple emails which went unanswered. I attempted to call but was unable to get through. I reached out via online contact us platform but received automated and irrelevant responses.
We delayed our Christmas travel plans as
the plates were finally despatched and delivered on 20th December.
When opened on Christmas eve, one of the plates was chipped. I spoke to a representative called Joe who apologised and agreed to send replacement to intended recipients address.
Replacement plates were shipped a week later to the incorrect address. I asked for this to be recitified and was advised I would need to liaise with the courier. Obviously the courier won't redeliver to
an address that's 300 miles away from where COX and COX shipped it to.
Really disappointed.
** update- following posting this review a representative has been in touch and plates have been sent to correct address, shipping fee refunded and a voucher offered as an apology. It is a shame it takes writing a public negative review for action to be taken, however I do consider things to be sorted now and am grateful for the solution provided.

"Customer service non existent "

I am still waiting for my armchairs to be collected. I was promised a call yesterday to organise this. Surprise surprise a call never came through..
Now another weekend with people staying and a kitchen with no space.

"Disgusting customer service! Won’t cancel our delayed order we’ve been waiting almost 2 months! "

We previously ordered from Cox & Cox and were satisfied with the products. We placed an order for Christmas decorations and other items on the 11th November 2024. We received less than half of the items two weeks after placing the order. We are now 2nd of January and we still haven’t received the rest, when we contacted customer service they said that there is delays due to the Christmas period being very busy. We requested for the rest of the order to be cancelled and a refund, they refused. It’s shocking and disgusting, how can you withhold our money like this!! Terrible customer service we’re still battling this weekly but no response. Will take this further!!

"Terrible customer service "

I received my order prior to Christmas. Some parts were fine but the white snow light up trees arrived in a damaged box that was practically opened in places. The contents looked very poor quality (I had the green version last year which are great), snow falling off, big gaps. In short not worth the £60 I had paid. I returned them with an explanation and since then have been going backwards and forwards with Zainab in customer services to try to get a refund for the cost of the return which was over £12. I have spent hundreds of pounds with this company over the last few years so I’m staggered that this is how they want to treat a good customer. I have also provided photos to show the damaged box but their answer is “Yes, but it doesn’t show the contents “!!!!
