UPDATE: The only way to speak with a member of the team at Cox & Cox is via Instagram! For some reason, they do not want to give me a refund but keep asking me to accept a credit note (despite admitting that the item I paid for is not in stock, or coming back into stock). They began with offering me a £60 Credit Note (the price of the item), when I refused and asked for a refund, they offered me £70. This morning they offered me £80. I have an uneasy feeling that the company is once again having money issues!

Order No. 002022808 I have been waiting patiently for the delivery (or at least despatch notice) for this item. I now believe it to be out of stock. I would greatly appreciate confirmation of a full refund. It is a shame that, as my emails are being ignored, I have to resort to posting on Trustpilot!

"The lights failed on my alpine…"

The lights failed on my alpine Christmas tree after one Christmas. Ie they lasted about 4 weeks and a few days into this Christmas they stopped working. Cox and cox said that they had changed their system and therefore could not help replace or refund this poor quality item which had cost me over £100. I would expect better quality and better customer service from this company.

"I purchased an outdoor beautiful tree…"

I purchased an outdoor beautiful tree of which I have three. I've spent over a thousand pounds on all of these Christmas trees. The one from last year which I used last Christmas isnt working. Looking at the box they changed supplier and it's such an awful standard. A tree should last longer than two weeks. I've been offered £70 of gift vouchers for a £400 tree. ITs against the law to not offer a repair or replacement. I have begged customer services and since 6th December they have said a Manager will call me back. I've emailed over ten times. I cannot believe for a brand I have loved how disgusting it is that I am not being listened to. Under the consumer law act and sales of goods act a Christmas tree of this quality should last years. I've never wrote a trustpilot review before and it's being done as a last minute scream for help!!!

"Christmas delay"

I had some problems with very late delivery of some Christmas decorations
It was well dealt with to my satisfaction as soon as Baha from customer service became involved and sorted it out
However I do think that had there been better communication re delivery time delays from cox and cox at the outset , the situation need not have arisen

"Awful experience"

Awful experience, poor quality goods that took a long time to be delivered. Six weeks later no refund despite being promised this plus compensation on several occasions. I believe Cox and Cox were liquidated and now run by Giomani designs . Cheap goods priced as if they were luxury items, appalling customer service, total lack of transparency and mismanagement of the whole issue. Avoid this company like the plague

"I ordered items on 28th December in the…"

I ordered items on 28th December in the Christmas Sale. As of today, 8th January, still saying "awaiting pick" when I track them. I emailed on 4th January asking for an update. No reply. Has been 7 working days since I placed my order.
No one answers the phone. I feel like I have been scammed


EDIT - I am told this will be resolved but still no response to my emails.

"I will never purchase from cox & cox…"

I will never purchase from cox & cox ever again. Appalling customer service I returned items 4 weeks ago and still not received my refund. Made 9 calls to customer services to sort out but just keep getting excuses and I’ve asked for a manager to call me back 5 times and still no phone call.
Please don’t buy from this company

"Avoid this company"

We ordered 2 young pine pre-lit garlands. Both of them kept switching themselves off after 6 hours. We contacted Customer Services who initially told us that there was an adjustable timer and they sent instructions. No such timer existed on the garlands. The web site specification for the garlands makes no mention of timer function. Called customer services again and now told that the unit is functioning as per manufacturer spec and is meant to turn off every 6 hours. Unbelievable and if true the product has been mis represented on web site. If we had known it had a fixed 6 hour timer (what use is that as it will kick in 3 times during a day) we would not have purchased.

Avoid this company at all costs
