"Terrible customer support"
Since my last post on the 19th December where the response from Cox & Cox stated it would help if I provided the information (again), I did so and have not received any response despite chasing emails. I cannot comprehend it but have little choice but to seek professional advice.

"Appalling service"
Appalling service. Had requested update on my order placed 29th December. Still not in receipt and absolutely impossible to get through to them on the phone and have ignored my email. Just a talking robot. Having eventually managed to connect with them through Facebook I asked that the order be completely cancelled and a full refund made. They have had the cheek to offer me a £40 gift voucher instead, should I still want to cancel the order. I will definitely not be shopping with Cox and Cox (I have an alternative name for them now!) and suggest being wary. I have repeated my request for a refund into my bank account but am not over optimistic.

"Delays and faulty products"
I placed an order back in for a door mat, it was on back order and the website stated it would be sent out by end of September, October rolls round and no sign of it, email customer services told it will now be beginning of November by the middle of November still no sign of it further email sent and they now tell me it will be the end of November but as a gesture of good will here’s a £10 voucher
Great
Spend that on a light up Christmas garland which arrives quickly
Set it up turn it on and it doesn’t work, the lights initially flicker if the battery compartment is held in a certain location and after fiddling with it to get it the right spot it eventually dies after 2 hours
Email to customer services have to prove it doesn’t work by sending a video of the intermittent issue but by the the time they reply it’s now completely stopped working
They keep offering either replacement products, alternatives or a gift voucher but this time I’ve had enough and just want my money back
The door mat finally arrives during this luckily not much can go wrong there
Eventually they agree to a refund and arrange to collect the item
It’s now January and I’m still waiting on a refund

"Still waiting for collection and refund…"
Still waiting for collection and refund for wrongly delivered Christmas decoration. After chasing a delivery for items for Christmas and being told that they were being carefully ‘picked’ I couldn’t believe it that when the items finally arrived they had got the order wrong!
I contacted customer service and they asked if I would like to keep the wrong item and receive a £10 refund.
I have replayed and said that I don’t! Since then communication has been very poor. I was offered two collection dates and replied with my preferred date and since then I have heard nothing.
Will never buy from Cox and Cox again. Such a shame as they use to such a good brand.

"Disappointing to start with. Redeemed later."
Although I ordered and paid for two cushion covers, I was not told they were out of stock. It was only after I sent two emails that the problem was confirmed and then I was not offered a refund, just a voucher for the original amount plus £20. On the plus side, the customer services person I dealt with was friendly and professional and we reached a satisfactory conclusion.

"I recently had issues with the website…"
I recently had issues with the website and placing an order but Joe Cole, a customer service provider, helped me place my order. He was extremely polite and helpful. He made the whole thing very straightforward and helped me add a discount code. Well done on employing such a helpful young man! The only thing I would say is it would help if the contact number for help was on the Cox and Cox website.

"Poor Customer Service"
Following on from my previous review, I finally had a response from Cox & Co requesting further information. This was done on 23 December. Two weeks on I've heard nothing!

"Delivery delay but great products"
A bit of a delay in delivery, maybe understandable as over Christmas, but customer services replied promptly when I queried it. Fantastic products when they did arrive.

"Refund for a Christmas tree not fit for purpose."
I’m still waiting on my refund for a not fit for purpose, Christmas tree, due to a faulty battery box, which overheated and burned the outer casing of a battery.
I was asked to supply the order number on the 28th December, which I have. This has been ongoing with Cox and since the beginning of December.
Cox and Cox, at one time were a very good company, but since the takeover, by Giomani Designs. The service, has become non existent , with poor quality goods being sold. Order number. 001896627.
