"My Christmas order is turning up at the end of January"
I ordered Christmas lights on 6th Dec. Later in the month received an automated email to say they were experiencing delays in the run up to Christmas. Today is 21st Jan and I've received notification to say delivery will be today. I'm not sure whether to keep them (for next year!!!) or return them at this stage! My frustration is that the same thing happened with the last Christmas delivery I made with them either last year or the year before but I had forgotten it had taken so long and my mistake was to try again. I hadn't realised the firm had been taken over either.

I had recieved an update on my order following my first complaint over here. Finally received an apology email and the items were delivered two days later. I was looking forward to the candle sticks arriving yet they arrived all smashed up at the bottom; really disappointed.
I'm still awaiting a reply from Cox & Cox. I've sent two more emails for a refund. Whilst I appreciate the reply on my last post; if you can reply on Trust Pilot to make yourself look good in public, surely you can reply to customer emails within that time frame. Once again, customers are being ignored by email.

10 days later no communication. Order was placed on 10th January and said I would be contacted within 3-4 days with a delivery date. Still not heard anything 10 days later with no reply to my emails chasing.
No idea if I will receive the order although the money was obviously taken on day 1

Following on from my review of 28 December ... this is a message for Taimoor K ... thank you for your acknowledgement, however, the company still owes me money for merchandise returned due to it being faulty. I emailed customer services on 14 January - and still no response, so this may be the only way to get someone to deal with my query. I have purchased from Cox & Cox before and had no issues, but I will not be buying from them again. This experience has been stressful due to very poor customer service

The original item was out of stock and Jenna helped find a replacement and satisfactory resolution. The table lamp and cushions are gorgeous and I am delighted with them. After receiving a faulty item, the customer service team at Cox and Cox (namely Richard Kay), couldn't have been more helpful in rectifying the problem. A new item was sent out within days and the broken one was collected at a time to suit me. Communications were excellent, polite and clear. Thank you so much :)

"Faulty products, no accountability"
I bought a Christmas tree which came with installed lights. I plugged this in for Christmas and when I took my tree down, and unplugged the plug from the socket, one of the prongs remained in the socket. It was a faulty plug and Cox and Cox just told me to pay to get it fixed myself. Absolutely ridiculous because this is a fault which I wouldn’t have been aware of until I unplugged the tree after Christmas.
I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews about this business recently, so they’ve definitely gone downhill. If you used to buy from them, steer clear as I’ve learnt my lesson the hard way.
