Lovely LED faux candles from Cox & Cox, realistic looking and add a lovely glow to our home. Slight issue with a missing item just before Christmas, but professionally dealt with by Richard who was super helpful in resolving the problem. I now have my missing item and all is well.

I ordered a bench a week ago. I received an email thanking me for my order and telling me I’d receive another email upon dispatch. The money has been taken out of my account. I have heard nothing since the initial email. When I put my order number into the tracking system it says it is not found. I emailed customer service and have had no reply.
I wish I’d read the other reviews on here and I wouldn’t have purchased…
(I contacted customer services to enquire and was told they’d get back to me in a few hours… the following day I am still waiting)

"Helpful Customer Service and Fair Resolution"
We had an issue with a bench we purchased from Cox & Cox, and although it took a little longer than expected to resolve, the customer service team, especially Baha, was very helpful in finding a solution. They offered a fair resolution that we were happy with in the end. While the process wasn’t perfect, we appreciate the effort to make things right and will continue to order from Cox & Cox in the future.

Avoid the headaches and look elsewhere. Don't use the 'under new management' Cox&Cox as it is not the outstanding company it used to be. If you decide to, do at your own risk but pay with a credit card as you will be trying to get money back. When you are trying to get your goods actually delivered, or returning faulty ones or trying to get refunds, don't accept their bullshit vouchers they try to offer you to use for future purchases, you won't want to use them again. The positive reviews are mostly of people saying the company corrected the initial poor service, which in itself is a big red flag. All in all their rating here is deteriorating and stars are being lost because it is now such a poor company to use and order from.

I ordered two beautiful glass pendant lights. One arrived promptly and was well packaged but oddly the second got lost in transit with DHL. After an email to customer services the second pendant light arrived promptly but when I opened the box I saw it was smashed. Again, I emailed customer services and due to the prompt and clear communication and action from Dara, I now have both of my pendant lights. Dara, you have made what could be a difficult situation bearable. Thank you, you are a star!
