I have been trying almost every day since the 20th January to obtain a refund of £125.95 for candle's which arrived on the 20th January and were all broken, most of the time my emails are ignored and when I do get a reply so far all they are offering me a £25 voucher and shipping costs!!! Appalling customer service for a company who used to be good.

I purchased a duvet set and bedcover on 27th November. The goods finally arrived after much chasing on 17th December. Neither were of good quality and the packagers were damaged. I requested they were taken back and a refund issued. It’s now 3rd February and goods were returned but NO REFUND

Do not use. Do a Charge back with your bank to reclaim the money for any goods either not received or sent back and not refunded. It’s easy to do an the only way to get money back.
