They rob your money with nothing to show for it. I ordered two items, two weeks ago, and without any communication, I had to chase them, to which they informed me one of the items were out of stock. They offered me a ‘credit note’ for this item but I wanted a refund as I wasn’t confident the other item was arriving either. Two weeks later, with zero tracking info or any further updates, I’ve asked for a full refund for both items but no money is appearing in my account, they use delay tactics to avoid paying ‘we will look into this for you….’ ‘It SHOULD arrive in your account in 5-7 days’ but via Instagram DM’s I’m told ‘it should arrive in your account 24-48 hours time’ - well, which one is it??! My guess, neither! I can’t believe companies think they can get away with this. I’m owed £138.80 & if I don’t get it back, legal action will be taken & I will leave this review up.

although the 3rd party delivery company had not contacted me to arrange delivery after reaching out to cox and cox the response was so quick! Richard kay sent a lovely email and resolved it immediately by arranging delivery on my behalf. So quick to respond and sort it! Thank you Richard :)
