Terrible customer service at Cox & Cox, ordered 2 table lamps that were supposed to come with cream shades but instead arrived with dirty green shades. When I complained they just asked me to send them back and offered no compensation for the extra trouble on our part since it was their fault. I am still chasing for a refund and pushing to at least get the delivery charge back. Very hard to get a proper answer from them. Nice products but good luck if you need any customer service.
