Ayesha was my first contact with customer support regarding a garland I'd bought which although lovely was too big for my home. She was very kind and helpful and arranged a gift voucher for me. Unfortunately I missed the expiry date. I contacted Cox and Cox again and this time Harris too was very friendly and helpful and quickly resolved this for me, extending the expiry date. They are both a credit to Cox and Cox customer support.

ZERO STARS - Avoid this company!
An absolutely shocking and awful company to deal with. I sent my item back over 6 weeks ago and I have to email them everyday asking for my refund back. They still haven’t given me my refund of the item and postage fee.
Very poor quality of customer care and service. Avoid this place at all cost.
The item they sent was a Faux Olive Tree - cheap quality and poorly made, therefore sent it back. Don’t waste your time with this company.
Further to your response Jules, I have plenty of evidence showing there are no issues on my end with regards to receiving payment. In case, your own Senior Manager Zie H which I have email evidence for told me I would be getting my refund within 3-5 working days, when I didn’t get this within that timeframe, I messaged again, to which I was told you had a “glitch in the system” not a good start from your company is it? Then I was promised a 48 hours timeframe in which I will receive my refund, when I didn’t get this refund within 48 hours, I get no reply.
I don’t wish to have to embarrass your company publicly in such a manner. However, not replying to customers (a pregnant women) who you are causing nothing but distress to is not the way to go about.

I was unable to make payment on the website, I contacted customer services and Laiba replied to be so fast and got on the phone straight away to sort the problem out. The process was fuss-free and Laiba was very friendly. I was very grateful for her help in placing an order. Thank you very much!

I have previously left a negative review because they really messed up my delivery and communication was abysmal.
However, then Raeesa became involved and appears to have dealt efficiently with everything. I don’t have my lamp as yet but I’m now hopeful it might be on the way.
If I have any more problems I will certainly update the review!
