Quite simply the best customer service I have received in a very long time! After years of satisfactory buying of quality products from Cox & Cox, I had an issue with my latest purchase. I emailed Customer Services and very swiftly was contacted by a lovely advisor named Laiba who bent over backwards to resolve the situation to my satisfaction…the customer definitely comes first with this company! "Nil stars - don’t use this company!"

Nil stars. Don’t buy from this company. I bought 2 expensive items in November - for Christmas. They kept telling me they’d arrive “within the week” - it is now March 20th and still not arrived and no refund issued. Have emailed several times, including emails to the CEO and have received no response to those.

On the website the items I was interested in were out of stock. I was given an option to be notified when the item was in stock again. The next day I received am email informing me that the item was now in stock. I proceeded with my purchase, my payment was taken, but no goods were sent. In fact I had been misinformed. I was then assured that I would receive the goods before the end of February. That did not happen. Subsequently I was offered all sorts of incentives if I waited. I refused and I didn't receive a refund until the 13/03/25. In retrospect I feel I was being deliberately mislead because the company didn't want to refund me. I wish I had looked at reviews of this company. It set the completion of the job back and caused me and my clients inconvenience and extra expense.
