I ordered a mirror from Cox&Cox which although beautiful wasn't right for the space I had bought it for and so I initiated a Return through the website.
Although the return process wasn't the smoothest I've ever come across, the customer service I received from Baha was incredibly responsive and worth a 5 Star review alone. I think what made the experience so heartening was that it was obviously an exchange between two human beings and together we came up with a solution...in the end I kept the mirror because I found another place for it in my home. Baha made it clear however that whatever solution was best for me she would facilitate.

"Garden furniture not suitable for outdoor use"
In July 2024 we bought a set of garden furniture from Cox & Cox. By autumn, the sealant was flaking off and the smooth, rich, shiny brown was turning grey. After storing it indoors for winter, we took another look and realised the level of deterioration was not normal. Cox & Cox can’t replace the furniture as they don’t sell it any more, and don’t want to repair it. They admit it was made with a PU sealant, which is fine for indoor furniture, but outdoors it is rapidly broken down by UV light and is not fully waterproof. They should have used marine varnish, an exterior spar urethane, or an epoxy with a PU topcoat. PU by itself looks great when brand new, but it’s just not suitable for garden furniture. C&C say that the furniture needs annual maintenance, not that it is even a year old, and for this reason our warranty claim is being refused. We are now starting a chargeback via our credit card. It’s a shame to see such a lack of integrity, when liability is this clear.

I've been dealing with Julie due to a lengthy delay with a item I ordered, she has been very professional and extremely supportive in keeping me up to date. She also offered me alternatives due to the lengthy delay.
She gave me her direct number as on numerous occasions customer services never passed on my messages.
