Followed on my order and received a very prompt response from Laiba letting me have an option for delivery dates. Always appreciate it when suppliers respond swiftly and positively.

"Water feature unfit for purpose. Refund promised but not received."

I purchased a garden water feature and received it in Sept 2024. After a relatively mild winter I found that the outer layer of GRC had started to flake off. The item was returned ( collected by a Cox and Cox van). A refund was promised in writing on the 5th of March. It was also categorically promised on a number of occasions afterwards (again in writing). It has never been received and I have been forced to resort to gaining my refund via my credit card company by raising a dispute.
Please consider carefully before making a purchase from any company who believe in hanging on to refunds for as long as possible without any justification.

The day after posting the above review and following the raising of the dispute with my credit card company I received confirmation that Cox and Cox had sent my refund (5 weeks after initially promising a refund).The reason for the delay was apparently their inability to confirm that the water feature had in fact been returned. This despite it having been collected by one of their own vans !!
Cox and Cox sell some lovely products however after this experience I would find it difficult to risk buying from them again.

Had a disappointing broken chair delivered with my Turin suit. However Baha arranged almost immediately collection and delivery of my new order. The delivery team were polite efficient and friendly and opened my 4 boxes to check there was no damage. Thank you Baha and the delivery team( who had left Birmingham in the early hours of the morning and were driving home late afternoon from Scotland)
