"Great company!"

The company sell quality products and also have a high standard of customer care. A cushion was missing from my order and my email to them was responded to promptly and courteously by Richard Kay and the replacement cushion arrived really quickly.

Lying scammers please DO NOT ORDER!

I Ordered a 3- piece blossom painting 3/2/25 the money came straight out of my account with no order confirmation to follow. I emailed to ask where this was and was told that I would receive this once they had been dispatched in EALRY APRIL as this is when they expect it to be back in stock (even thought website was saying in stock). I emailed to cancel my order on 8/3/25 and after 4 emails back and fourth they reluctantly cancelled my order and said the refund is on the way and would you believe still no sign of any refund, I have even called my bank to see if they can see it pending but have been told there is no sign of it, AVOID THIS WEBSITE I don’t know how they are still trading and taking money from hardworking people 😡

"I needed to exchange a rug"

UPDATE: after my review below I was contacted by Cox & Cox and they quickly arranged a replacement of the faulty item. Apparently I used an incorrect email to raise my complaint. So I changed my review to 5 stars given the quick resolution. And a big thank you to Jules from their customer service.

I bought 3 wood counter stools during Black Friday and received them in early December. Two months later one of the stools developed a crack. I sent 2 emails to the company, with pictures, and I have been completely ignored by them. Customer service seems to be non-existent and they don’t really care.

"Gift voucher error"

Laiba was very helpful when I had problems inserting my gift card voucher when I was trying to purchase some garden pots. She ordered my items online herself ensuring the voucher went through. What wonderful customer service from this company. Thank you Laiba.
