I Ordered a 3- piece blossom painting 3/2/25 the money came straight out of my account with no order confirmation to follow. I emailed to ask where this was and was told that I would receive this once they had been dispatched in EALRY APRIL as this is when they expect it to be back in stock (even thought website was saying in stock). I emailed to cancel my order on 8/3/25 and after 4 emails back and fourth they reluctantly cancelled my order and said the refund is on the way and would you believe still no sign of any refund, I have even called my bank to see if they can see it pending but have been told there is no sign of it, AVOID THIS WEBSITE I don’t know how they are still trading and taking money from hardworking people 😡

UPDATE: after my review below I was contacted by Cox & Cox and they quickly arranged a replacement of the faulty item. Apparently I used an incorrect email to raise my complaint. So I changed my review to 5 stars given the quick resolution. And a big thank you to Jules from their customer service.
I bought 3 wood counter stools during Black Friday and received them in early December. Two months later one of the stools developed a crack. I sent 2 emails to the company, with pictures, and I have been completely ignored by them. Customer service seems to be non-existent and they don’t really care.
