Communication from order to delivery was very good. Delivery drivers not very friendly but I think maybe it was a language issue. They did bring the table and bench to a room of my choice and unpacked, taking the packaging with them. Table and bench really easy to assemble and look great. Very pleased.

"Awful experience"

Awful experience! I ordered cushion covers in December 2024, they arrived in February 2025! I returned them and they did not collect from the post office depo as they asked for no deliveries (can only assume they are going out of business). I now find out a month after my return the cushion covers are being returned to me as they have not collected! The customer service team do not reply to emails for weeks on end. Obviously they are going out of business and I'm stuck with cushion covers I do not want.

Sofa arrived with one leg shorter than the others. Tried to reorder on two occasions, taking the day off work for the delivery, but was let down on both occasions and was told it was my fault. Eventually got my money back after lots of excuses 3 months later. I will never use this company again.
