Kyle was extremely helpful in sorting an issue with mismatched lamps. A replacement was dispatched on the next working day and has arrived - well wrapped and matching one of the pair sent last week. I have given 4 stars as the issue shouldn't have happened in the 1st place but the customer service has been excellent.

We unfortunately had to speak to Cox and Cox after our recent order of bedroom furniture as one of the items was damaged. I spoke to Harris and he swiftly sorted out and called me back. It was very easy to organise a replacement and a courier to collect the damaged item. He also understood that we were upset that the furniture was not taken to the room of choice, which was my understanding upon ordering. Harris has now made sure that the replacement item will be delivered to the room of choice. Thank you Harris.

Bought a rug for £200… rug did not show up on scheduled date (that I paid £15 for)… they proposed another date, I agreed…then told me the date was not longer available…arranged another date, it didn’t show up. No message or apology, I followed up a few days later. Asked for a refund, they tried to get to me to accept vouchers which I declined…so far not received refund or an answer to when I can expect this….i will be give them another week before reporting to trading standards. Awful experience.
