"RUN AWAY !!!"

So apparently even if they have a full refund return policy, you cannot return an item!!!

This is what I have received... WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN SCAMMER

"The whole experience from start to…"

The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. The communication of when my delivery would arrive was clear .
Renado & Arif delivered the order & were so efficient at putting it all together . Nothing was too much problem , despite having had a really busy day & still more deliveries to go ( at 7pm) , great ambassadors for Cox & Cox . Thank you

"WARNING"

WARNING! This company has some wonderful stuff on their website but they are not to be trusted to send you products in good condition.

We ordered a pair of pendant lights for our bedroom at £150 each (£300 total) which was expensive to start with but we liked them so went ahead and ordered them. However, when they arrived I checked one of them which was quite dirty, but it otherwise looked intact so I put it back in the box for safe keeping while we had the work done in our bedroom. A few weeks later the electrician came to fit them, and we cleaned them up to reveal scratches on both glass shades that looked like they had been either display models or been kicking around in a warehouse for months on end.

We were naturally disappointed as they were expensive so we called Cox and Cox to see if they could help, but all they could offer us was a £20 gift voucher! We don't want a voucher, or any compensation, we just wanted the lights that we order for £300 to be in a condition that would be classed as new. If these were advertised on ebay they would need to be classified as used and marked. Customer service didn't seem interested and just told us we are outside of the 14 days return policy and we could take the £20 voucher or leave it. Not the customer care you would expect from a premium company. We are very disappointed, please check everything that you by from them the minute it arrives.

"Not trustworthy"

I ordered some Christmas decorations on Dec 6th 2024. Three weeks later I had received nothing. I messaged to say I no longer required the items and wanted a refund. After countless emails it became obvious that they simply would not refund me. I repeatedly asked them not to send the items but eventually I was told that they had been dispatched and I was offered a £50 credit voucher as an apology. On the 9th Feb I used my credit voucher to purchase a vase. It is now 25th April 2025 and I have not received the vase or had any further communication from them. Basically they are liars and should not be trusted by anyone.

"Shopping with Cox and Cox"

I ordered a set of three pictures which arrived very quickly once despatched. I didn’t like the pictures as much when I saw them in real life so I returned them. Joe and the customer service team were very helpful in taking me through the return process which is more demanding than other retailers. My refund was processed quickly and there were no issues.

"They don’t like giving you your money…"

They don’t like giving you your money back if there’s an issue! Ordered 28th March. Arrived 9th April Damaged. 16 phone calls and 9 emails later still waiting for a refund. Rang again today to ask when I’ll be getting my money back and told they’ll look into it as item needs to be checked by warehouse. Offered store credit for the 4th time instead of refund. Avoid this company
