I had a query about an out-of-stock item and sent a message through the web site, not expecting a quick (or personal) response. To my surprise, Dara got back to me within a couple of hours - and on a Sunday! - with a friendly update. Excellent customer service.

Renado and Munir were terrific, they rang five minutes prior to arriving, they were extremely quiet as my son was asleep given the time was 7am. Carried very heavy items of furniture up two flights if stairs and unpacked for me. In a world of harshness with other delivery people being rude, bsnging on the door and everything is a problem… these two chaps restored my faith! Nice men.

I'd bought several small items from Cox & Cox in the past but this time I bought the large souk water feature. I had several queries about it which were very quickly addressed by the company so I ordered, taking advantage of the very generous discount. The delivery process was amazing and went far beyond any delivery experience I've had previously. I was phoned early in the week to discuss a suitable delivery date, then, the day before, I had another call, an email & a text to reconfirm and discuss the time slot. Today was delivery day & I was able to track the order & see where it was, then the driver telephoned when he was 30 minutes away. It was absolutely brilliant, totally faultless. The water feature is exactly as expected, I'm very happy!

Still waiting for an item ordered in November and customer service beyond useless. I had my complaint closed without a response!
Regret purchasing from the company and even if I do like the sofa, there were plenty other places in the market to use that I imagine wouldn’t take 4 months to deliver (it’s allegedly due to be delivered in March but not convinced), I will never be using Cox & Cox again. Bad value for money.

I have already reached out, there was nothing forthcoming to address the situation, I still have no date of arrival (05/03/25) just a forced apology. In fact when opening the query and being told to wait for a reply I then received an email saying if I didn’t respond my query would be closed. A catalogue of errors, no sofa, no compensation just a huge amount of annoyance and disappointment, the saga still continues.

No not order . Terrible service.
Ordered items in May then not delivered until December 2024.
The quality was terrible , not like previous items I have had so I returned using Royal Mail tracked .
These were returned within 48 hours at my expense, I am still waiting for a refund.
You get constant AI responses from Richard asking for the same information. I have continually responded with order number, order details etc , but these are delay tactics.
