"Appalling customer service"

Ordered an item said to be in stock. Money was taken. No delivery date provided. No response to emails, raising a ticket, contacting their on line tool. Appalling customer service.

"Charged £15 for delivery of x3 medium…"

Charged £15 for delivery of x3 medium sized pictures which I thought was strange as other companies only charge £5 for this sort of item. I have now found out I have to wait 7-9 working days for them to arrive when the cox and cox website states delivery is 3-5 working days for the type of item I have ordered. I’m not sure what I’m paying for if delivery takes that long?
On top of that, they emailed me to confirm which address it was to be delivered to when I’ve already put the address on the order when I ordered it. What sort of logistics company need to have confirmation of delivery after an order has been made? seems very unorganised and from reading reviews I’m not even sure my order is going to arrive. I’ve asked for a refund on my delivery as I’m not getting it in the expected time.

"AVOID AVOID AVOID!!"

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Terrible company to deal with. Cancelled an order which they still sent anyway. Sent the order back which took around 4 weeks for a refund. They have kept the postage even though I already cancelled the order before the sent it. They agreed to cover return postage once item was returned but surprisingly they never did. Customer service advisor “Joe” basically tells you what you want to hear but doesn’t do anything he says he will!! So now I’m out of pocket for delivery & return cost of an item that was cancelled- their mistake!! Surely they should know the law regarding delivery of refunds! The company only keeps delivery costs if you selected a special delivery which I did not.
Oh yea & before they refund you, they try to talk you into store credit. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with online & I shop online a lot. This is in fact the first review I’ve ever wrote.

"Ordered on 6th January and paid"

Ordered on 6th January and paid. Website says despatch 3-4 days. Emailed 3 times to ask where order was, no response. Called customer services and they said no record of order on their system, took details and advised they would call back. They still haven’t called back and they have not refunded it.
Thank you for your response. It’s now 24th of Jan and you haven’t contacted me. I’ve called now three times and no one has got back to be as promised with a delivery date. Appalling service.

No update on order placed over 9 days ago, have tried to get in touch but nothing. Status still says in in progress, for £5.95 delivery charge this is a joke. At least an email to say your order is delayed would be nice.

"Filthy damaged boxes"

Two big,damaged ,dirty boxes with bird dirt on,absolutely filthy delivered. Driver so arrogant and said boxes were light, wouldn't help me with them and refused to take them back

"Cox and cox seem to have beautiful…"

Cox and cox seem to have beautiful products. However their delivery, returns and customer service is appalling. It took 3 1/2 weeks for them to dispatch Christmas lights arriving on Dec 18th rather than on November 23rd (missing many of the reasons I wanted the lights in the first place) and they still haven’t registered my return which was made on Dec 19th. Almost 1 month ago. Painful.

"Returns voucher scam"

After receiving my order at the end of November, i wasn't entirely sure about my purchase. I contacted Cox and Cox to arrange a return for my item and it was then i was offered a £50 voucher (via an code email link) if i kept my purchase. After deliberation i decided to do this so i contacted them again to let them know. I received my email with the code no problem for the voucher and left it there. A couple of weeks ago i tried to make a purchase and use my voucher code.....INVALID CODE!!!! I have since then contacted the company in various ways to have this rectified but have had NO response what so ever. If you are asked to keep something you considering returning and maybe convinced to keep it for a voucher sweetener my advise would be DONT!!!!
Wont be making any further purchasing on an untrustworthy site.

"I don't know where to start..."

I don't know where to start...
I made my order on 11th November 2024 for 6 x stems of Hydrangea. This took at least two weeks to get to me...
I was not happy with them as they didn't look as the photo so I returned them on 5th December. Then I waited and waited to receive my refund. Nothing happened. I then had to contact customer services by email as I cannot find a phone number to speak to anyone. The advisor said I would recieve my refund for 3 x stems as that is what I returned. I had to insist that that was not the case and I wanted a refund for the full amount. I finally recieved a refund for half my order...so I had to go back to customer service to ask for the rest of my refund. I then had to produce order details and tracking information for the box I had already sent and they recieved and I am still waiting and fighting for my money back. I emailed two days ago and still have not had a reply!
So please everyone just take care when using this company...they are not easy to deal with.
