Terrible customer service still awaiting rug delivery 6 weeks on item was showing in stock and ready for despatch … cannot understand the problem, I have received two email responses in that time stating delivery will be in next few days nothing has arrived, taking this further now as getting ridiculous.

"I ordered tea light holders from this…"
I ordered tea light holders from this company on 13/11/24 with the website stating that they were available in early November. I got in touch with Cox and Cox on 24/11/24 asking when I was likely to receive them. They said early December. I then got in touch with them again on 12/12/24 as I still hadn't received my order. I received an email on 13/12/24 stating that my order had been cancelled as the items had been discontinued. I was told I would receive a refund in 5-7 days. After lots of emails, a phone call, I still haven't received my refund and it's now 07/01/25. I just want my refund! I will never use this company again

Another review as nobody has phoned me again. I can’t explain how awful the customer service from this company is. I’ve been speaking to someone called Zainab for weeks and he is point blank refusing to offer me a refund for baubles that came 5 weeks late. Can someone please phone me as you are breaking the law under the consumer rights act 2015 and I’m not letting this go nor accepting a credit voucher for a company I am NEVER using again.

"Terrible communication and customer service"
Ordered numerous gift wrapping items on 26/11/24. Only received half the order. Emailed and was told it was an issue with the delivery company and the order had been split into two. They would investigate…fast forward to 07/01/25 and I have had no further communication, no refund and are not replying to emails. Fantastic customer service Cox & cox.

"Item still not delivered two months on!"
I find it very curious that there are a number of recent good reviews trying to push down the actual experience of real customers like myself who have had poor service from Cox and Cox.
An item I ordered in mid November still hasn’t delivered. My emails were ignored and then when they were answered I was fobbed off with empty promises and excuses.
Shockingly bad since they have been take over by Giomani Designs.
I would not buy from them again and would not recommend anyone else does either.

Still haven’t received my refund from over a month ago!! Been told on the phone numerous times the refund is being processed. Then on email “they are looking into it”
Seen on instagram lots of the same story! Lots reporting as a scam company!! This needs to be looked into! Do not trust them!!!

We purchased two armchairs from cox and cox before Christmas, they arrived and one had awful prominent marks in the fabric. Getting hold of customer services via email and phone proved difficult but once I did their reaction and service was poor so I raised a complaint with Klarna and hey presto the replacement armchair was sent and fortunately ok. And we were pleased with them. Purchased two sale Flore sofas on the 23rd of Dec showing two in stock on their website. All went through received a confirmation email from them for the purchase and then another email regarding the delivery co contacting us to arrange delivery. Purchased new rug, paint and cushions for the colour scheme. Then I received an email over a week later informing me the items were not in stock and an email had been sent to the suppliers requesting a delivery date. Then today received an email stating no longer in stock so would we like to see if we like anything else on their website. A phonecall would have been nice with an apology? Made numerous attempts to contact them via email and phone. Eventually after several hours got hold of customer services who frankly didn’t really care and insisted on repeating everything I said so not resolving the issue or addressing the problem. Frankly we don’t have them so tough, would you like to cancel your order? No we would like two sofas please. Thankyou cox and cox for your service.
