Ordered some wrapping paper and got standard delivery which was advertised as 5-7 working days. There was no contact for the first two weeks following my order and it has now been 12 working days and I still have not received anything.

This is my second post about this company and its appalling customer service.
The only way to get their attention is to leave a review here!
Having complained about a delivery not received in time for a Christmas Event and requesting a refund, I was contacted by the company who asked for further information so that they could reimburse me .
I have now received an email saying my order is on its way!
I don’t want it - I have had to buy another set of decorations elsewhere and as I was promised a refund. I felt happy doing so. However, I’m now going to be seriously out of pocket at a time where finances are difficult at the best of times.
I’m utterly appalled.
DON’T BE CAUGHT OUT. THIER PROMISED 3 - 5 DAY DELIVERY IS UNTRUE!!!!

Item I ordered on 2nd December has not been delivered. I contacted Cox and Cox and was promised it would arrive within 10 days and I would be contacted by customer services, neither has happened. But they took my money.

I recently purchased some Christmas lights and the quality was sub standard. I returned them as the order was also late but they have kept my money and are not refunding . Tracking shows item has been delivered. Avoid Avoid Avoid ,

"Order Not Dispatched"
I ordered a selection of outdoor Christmas decorations on the 11th of December, I have not had any confirmation of delivery and have not been contacted by them to arrange delivery, which is stated to be within 3-4 days from the date you placed your order. I also will add that the items I have ordered have now been reduced by nearly £50.

"None existent goods or customer service!"
I placed an order for two items on 02/12 they were meant to be delivered in 3-5 days. 16 days later, still no goods nor can I get anyone to reply on the chat feature on the website or via email! I received one automated reply that stated they have been busy, but rest assured my order would be delivered within 7-10 working days. They sent me this reply on day 12!
Absolutely shocking service!
Edit* Despite the reply below and a notification of despatch (the day my trust pilot review was submitted) I still haven't received delivery of the goods. We're now 21 days from date of order! I would prefer a refund at this stage, but getting hold of someone is impossible.

Just been contacted by Julie from Cox & Cox who was very understanding and apologetic regarding my recent negative experience; delay in delivery of my purchase and difficulty contacting customer services. All has now been resolved and I am very happy with my purchase. A reassuring call was all I needed so thank you Julie.

Order placed on 6 December with an estimated delivery of 3-4 days. Still waiting 12 days later. No sign of any communication or help from cox and cox. Very poor service - my first and likely last order!

Terrible customer service.Placed order for 2 items to be given as Christmas gifts. Still waiting for delivery ( 14 days later). Unable to get through on phone. Email is just standard format reply saying they will update in 3 to 5 days but do not respond. No response on Facebook messenger. No way to check on my delivery and too late to give items as presents now.
