"Still waiting… no delivery, non-existent customer service "
I can’t believe how much disregard Cox & Cox have for their customers, particularly at Christmas. I placed an order for gift wrap and ribbons over 10 days ago, I haven’t received a single update since. I emailed them asking for an update 7 days after I placed the order, only to receive an instant automatic update informing me that they’re really busy and working as fast as they can but “Rest assured, your order will be delivered within 7-8 working days”. Well that time has now passed and I still haven’t received my order, according to their tracking it hasn’t even been picked up by the warehouse staff. On top of that they haven’t responded to the email that I sent 3 days ago, they are also impossible to get hold of on the phone - which then advises you to use their live chat feature on their website but guess what, nobody responds there either. Now since I go away next week, they might as well not send the order out at all because I won’t have the time to get things wrapped and posted out in time for Christmas. Thanks Cox & Cox, the only thing you seemingly have no problem sending out is your marketing emails and brochures. Absolute waste of time and money.

"Ordered a Christmas item a week ago"
Ordered a Christmas item a week ago, still no sign of a delivery. Emailed customer services twice, still no reply. Won't be ordering from these jokers again.
They then send their standard response on here. Worse than pathetic. They ended up cancelling my order. Still no credit either. My advice is don't order from this company.

"Very disappointed"
Placed order on 25th November for roll of Christmas wrapping paper and ribbon. Still not received. Managed to get through to customer services last week after no reply to my email. Promised she would expedite my order. Week later still showing as not picked! Nobody answering the phone now. Very disappointed and would not use them again for anything. Stop sending me daily offers when you cant fulfil your current orders!

"Terrible"
Terrible! Order placed on 29th November. Have tried calling them, emailing them and sending instant messages and no reply at all to any of these methods of communication. No idea when / if I will receive the order (which was apparently all ‘in stock’) and getting extremely frustrated at being ignored. Would strongly suggest not using this company.

Still no item and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered from this store on 23rd November. When the item was delivered it was completely the wrong order so I repackaged it and advised Cox and Cox.
The advisor asked me to reopen the order and take photos of what was sent (why I would lie about getting the wrong order I have no idea). Nevertheless I sent the photo and Cox and Cox arranged for collection of the item today. I had taken the day off work to facilitate this and got an email this morning to advise that the collection has been rescheduled until next week (without any discussion as to whether this might suit).
Moreover, the item i originally received has still not been delivered nor is there any record of it being dispatched.
Cox and Cox - please arrange for my item to be delivered as this is getting ridiculous! And pick up the incorrect order you have sent me.

"Horrendous customer service"
I ordered three Xmas trees but only received one. This issue has been going on for a few weeks now.. There is basically next to no customer service. They don't always respond to emails and never respond on messenger. I found a phone number but it just rings out. Disgraceful for a company this size.

Baha and Zainab from the customer service team assisted me amazingly to support with a refund/exchange request.
I’ve bought from Cox&cox in the past and I’m very happy with the service provided, both in terms of quality of the products and customer service when needed!

Would have given 0 stars if possible. They sent a faulty item and are unwilling to even given me free return to post the item back let alone a refund. I have been speaking with customer service for a week now and they have been giving me every option other than a return that I want. They push you from pillar to post and have no number to call. Avoid.

"Shocking customer service "
To cut a long story short, between unwanted deliveries ( which are charged, and I cancelled immediately after I had just ordered), and 3 different returns (should have been only two deliveries, but they didn’t send everything at the same time and no word from them, despite having complained), I was out of pocket for more than £35 and nothing to show for.
All because of the terrible customer service and lack of communication.
I do not recommend this company as I am sure they have had too many complaints about their customer service and still, they seem to do nothing about it.
PS. Returned due to the bad quality of the first order Not worth the money I paid.

"Dishonest company"
Dishonest company. Advertising sales and promotion yet failing to honour orders already placed. I assume they are heading into administration again??
Don’t order from this company they are just taking money but making no attempt to pick, dispatch or deliver items.
No response received from my email asking for an update on my order placed on 1st of December. Messaged on instagram and the person who responded claimed my order would be dispatched this week. Which appears to be a lie.
Website says delivery in 3-5 days which is not true. Company has not even issued a statement to say they are having issues, instead continuing to lie and mislead customers.
The status of my order still says awaiting picking 11 days on.
For those that have unfortunately already placed orders and not received them. Please contact your credit card company and request a refund from them they will investigate on your behalf. The transaction does not need to be over £100. This can be done for any credit card transaction.
