"They are scamming people"

They are scamming people! They told me they can’t deliver my items - the absolute cheek they’ve not offered to give my money back!!! Need to report them to breaches consumer act!!!

"Dreadful customer service "

I ordered a Christmas tree which was received in good time well packaged perfect! I checked in the box but didn't remove the tree it was still November. However Last week when I took the tree from the box I noted an electrical connector was damaged the tree was quite expensive and I wasn't happy to accept it. I contacted Cox and Cox (giomani Designs) twice by email with a photograph of the damage both emails totally ignored no response I left messages on 3 separate occasions on live chat again with a photograph latest chat with a response time of 15 minutes again nothing I have been totally ignored 5 times in total. Yesterday I returned the tree after arranging a courier and today it was received by giomani designs not expecting a response but I will be taking this further if I don't hear. My emails and messages have been polite simply asking for help. I had planned further purchases from this company over the coming months when I move I would no longer do this the most appalling customer service I've ever experienced. Would I trust this company again never!


Thankyou for generic reply much appreciated Cox and Cox (Giomani Designs). Will see what happens next week. Still no personal response so not feeling positive. Actions speak louder than words!!


Well finally received my refund for faulty item 22/12/2024 long wait but received minus the cost of courier for return £10.15 parcel force tracked but hey as expected see glowing reviews so guessing just hit and miss I will not use this company again

"Appalling customer service"

I have ordered from Cox and Cox for a number of years and always have been pleased with the products and service.
However I ordered a light up tree on the 2 December received on the 4 December, and have been trying ever since to speak to customer services to return it as it is faulty. I have sent 3 or 4 emails, tried to call and chat, but have not had any reply.
A general comment on the tree too, is that the quality does not match the price, even with pre-Christmas discount.
I have also been waiting since October for a product that was supposed to be due early November.
I will not be ordering from Cox and Cox again.
Very disappointed and frustrated.

13/12/2024 UPDATE
Despite supplying the requested information the same day of the review and Cox and Cox reply to the review, 3 days later I have still not had any direct communication from Cox and Cox.
I have now posted the fully photographed tree back and provided C&C with photos and proof and cost of postage.
Attempted but unanswered communication to date is;
6 emails, one message submitted through the website, one attempted call but no answer, one attempted chat but no answer, a Trust Pilot complaint and promise of a response but none, all since the 4 December.

Don’t order from them!

Several emails, calls and also been ignored on their “live chat”.

They haven’t dispatched my order and it’s been weeks! No idea why as they just ignore my emails and don’t ever answer calls. They are completely in breach of contract.

They don’t care about their customers! I am now £89 out of pocket. I have raised this with my credit card to get the money back.

Very disappointed. Made a Christmas order nearly two weeks ago and it hasn't been delivered. No updates. Tracking says the items haven't been 'picked' yet.
Numerous emails to customer services have gone unanswered.
I used to be a frequent customer but not any more.

I received a damaged item and received excellent customer support from Baha in dealing with it. Her correspondence was great with prompt replies and she went above and beyond to ensure I felt like a valued customer.

"Missing Order and Don't Reply to Multiple Messages"

UPDATE: Items have now been received and are good quality. They sent me a £10 voucher. I won’t use it, not worth the stress. I’m not increasing the number of stars due to the complete inability to be able to get a response from them via any medium, until I posted a Trustpilot review. Bad experience.
I placed an order on 24 November and received email confirmation. Money left my account same day and cleared the following day. Now 16 days later and order has not arrived and I have tried and tried to contact them via email, online chat, left voicemail, messaged via Instagram, not had one single reply. Online I have completed the 'Where's my Order' form, and it just says 'Awaiting Pick' by all three items. They are still advertising online though and sending emailing offers. I will never use them again. Cox & Cox used to be a brilliant company, with quality good, but since they were taken over early in 2023 things have obviously deteriorated massively. I am really struggling to understand that there are some positive recent reviews, because on Instagram there are lots of people in the same situation as me.
