"Damaged lamp exchange"

Had a lamp arrive with a damaged shade. It looking like it had been damaged in shipment. I raised a ticket with their costumer services, who got back to me very promptly. I had help from a lovely person called Baha who quickly arranged a replacement to be sent out and the defective one picked up. They were very clear and made sure it was all taken care of with no hassle at all. Brilliant costumer service :)

Awful. A tracker that does not track, customer service that does not respond and a product that does not arrive. Poor, very poor.

I was trying to track my sofa for which I had saved-up, and paid over £2000. I tried and tried to get through to customer services, and no reply. I was to learn later that 'systems were down' and had 'IT problems'. Jose put my mind at rest and confirmed my beautiful sofa would be delivered first week of December. Phew.

Amber vintage fairy lights 250 bulbs. Just a beautiful change for this years Christmas celebrations. I purchased these with a 25% discount. So feel these tree lights were definitely worth the money. It provided such a warm orange glow to this year autumnal themed Christmas tree. Only wish I could put a picture on my review.

"Abysmal customer service"

Abysmal customer service! I'm not sure if Jenna is a bot, or perhaps just very poorly trained, but she seems to have a couple of email templates which she sends out on repeat which bear no relevance to your queries.

No notification of delayed dispatch. Incorrect delivery information given and when they do eventually send you a tracking number, you have to guess the courier!

Unless you have the time to sit and wait for deliveries which never turn up, I really wouldn't bother.

"Bitter sweet "

I had an issue with an X-Large paper Christmas tree which arrived damaged . It was a frustrating process, not easy to get a refund , (especially as goods were damaged ) I was offered money off or vouchers to spend on other products. I didn’t get a refund however I settled for an exchange and goods arrive in perfect condition.
Customer service were very good especially John and Baha.
