I ordered from them on September the 12th - they’ve taken my money. No goods delivered. I am well within my statuary rights to receive a full refund yet they haven’t. Their customer service team is unreachable and will not write back in emails. They promise but don’t deliver.

Thanks for your reply Kevin. - I have been through this process already. I am within my satuary rights to receive a full refund. You are breaching consumer rights and laws. Refund what I am legally entitled to. It’s very simple.

Order 2 separate times, both times never actually received the order. The first was refunded but the second I’ve had no reply from customer service. Absolute disgrace! So far they have stolen £145 from me.

I ordered many items, one expensive heavy table. Despite it having defects, cox and cox worked hard to get fast decent replacement and assembly. Due to their efforts resolving this issue, I will order from them again
