I was able to get an appointment quickly which was important for me.
The atmosphere was very calm and relaxing which made it easier when arriving at an unfamiliar place.I was seen on time and the dermatologist was easy to talk to and answered any questions I had about my skin lesions.
I had a small pre cancerous growth zapped there and then and another 2 which weren't but bothered me.
I came away feeling reassured and would not hesitate to make another appointment in the future if I had any concerns.

Had an appointment with Dr. Katy Nassar who is absolutely lovely, very friendly which put me at ease and did a great job. Waterfront Hospital is a beautiful building, great for parking.

The hospital is of a very high quality and the service is very good. I liked the nurses how they communicate and are informative and kept me at ease before and after my procedure.
The Dr explained in great detail during my consultation and even right before my procedure what he was planning to do, and had answered all my questions patiently and kindly. After the procedure recovery was great and am very happy with my results. I would consider to come back again for any other procedures I might like to do in the future and feel I am in the safest hands possible. Make sure to have a family member or a friend drop and pick you up to help you feel ok. Going alone isn’t a good idea that’s my only advice. The rest was perfect
