Ashley was brilliant throughout the process. I changed vehicles from a Defender 90 to Range Rover Sport. These cars come with a sizeable lead time but I was kept up to date throughout the process with the ultimate delivery date around the time that was predicted.

Truly excellent service from Tom; he managed to organise a very nice spec car. Five stars to him. I’m looking forward to the new car arriving, as the current one is getting quite old. Now it’s just a matter of luck regarding the return costs. Most collection drivers are reasonable with their inspections, but there’s one who is particularly excessive. If he’s inspecting the car, you can expect it to take a long time and cost a lot. Fingers crossed.
