The whole subscription service is so convenient, after joining the representative gives you a call with a choice of models and specification, If you have a certain car that you are after they go the extra mile and try and locate it for you.
Delivery is very professional and at the end of your term collection is just as easy.

"Left stranded in the middle of nowhere at midnight"
Car broke down in the middle of nowhere at 8pm. Recovery just before midnight.
Pivotal refused to provide a taxi, accommodation or a courtesy vehicle until 24 hours after the breakdown. And only after a dozen phone calls. I was stranded with young children and they knew that, and refused to do anything.
They specifically said they would not cover the cost of any taxis and no hire car would be available until the following day (it eventually arrived after 11pm the following day).
Horrendous customer service. Horrendous experience.
I would point out that in the reply Pivotal say they offered a vehicle within hours. This isn’t true. The breakdown was on Friday. There is still no vehicle provided by Pivotal on Tuesday. The rental company provided a car over 25 hours from the breakdown.

I highly recommend Pivotal, from day one the entire team was incredible, clear and friendly, Erika, Tilly, Martin, Toby and Thomas I have no complaints, much more than I expected. The initial car had a problem and the team managed to send an even better car the next day. I couldn't be more pleased, when collecting the vehicle the inspector was also extremely punctual and friendly. My entire subscription process was excellent, customer service was extremely professional, fast and friendly. Highly recommend Pivotal, a company you can trust.
