A great team all very passionate has worked out very well as I’ve used them quite a few times. A real shout to Melissa who -handedly has demonstrated financial rigger patients and dealt with every single query thrown at her.

"A complete waste of time"

A complete waste of time. After waiting for 4 months, they offered us a car we didn't ask for and said if we didn't take it, we would have to wait another 14-18 weeks to be put back on the list.

Additionally, my friend used their service and was charged thousands for chips and dents that should be considered normal wear and tear. He also had issues with the car they supplied, which had over 13,000 miles on it when he received it.

Regarding below reply!! They even mix up us with some one else,

"Very unprofessional"

Very unprofessional. After 4-5 months of waiting, they offered us a basic model car that is two years old from three generations ago. They told us to take it or leave it, otherwise the next car might not be available until next year. Very disappointing.
