Been with Pivotal for a few years now and never left a review but felt the need to after today. It’s always been an easy company to deal with but today was exceptional. I’ve been after a particular car for my exchange and today it was dealt with in literally 10 mins and it’s coming next week. I dealt with Thomas Priest who was really helpful and like I say - Service and getting everything done was rapid.

Been a pivotal customer for almost a year, initially had a defender 110 with great spec and swapped it for range rover autobiography - staff very patient with me after i was choosy on the spec of the car. swap over day was super simple, driver was on time and really informative. Over 13,000 miles I looked after the defender as it was my own, prior to hand back had it valeted and had a couple of tree scratches polished out as i'd read pivotal could be a bit pricy on damage. this was not the case swap over cost me nothing and i'm driving a 130k car for 2.2k a month without fear of theft or depreciation - the only way to have a Range Rover - I cannot fault Pivotal
