"Customer service is outstanding"

Customer service is outstanding. I really enjoy the videos and guidance. A couple of things that I might recommend to make it more user friendly are: 1) have video automatically transition to next video in series, 2) when user signs in that it automatically go to last session, and 3) improve speed in which system downloads. The product offered is excellent, but the delivery system is slow to upload. I have 2 GB service, so it is not an issue on my end.

I was and still am confused by GT's format and layout, but that's just me. I contacted CS and because of my inherant confusion, some considerate and perhaps understanding agent awarded me an additional two week trial! How good is that? At 87 every day is a birthday!
Thanks GT customer service, but now where is your follow-up, I'm ready coach!

Generally great. Worth holding out for the 50% off annual deals. The pacing can be a touch inconsistent on the play through, but overall a brilliant basis for nailing down some fundamentals. Feel like I've improved.

Do not subscribe to Guitar Tricks unless you want it to be impossible to cancel your subscription. This is absolutely unacceptable and POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE.
