"New Login "

I needed help loging in after a lengthy interruption. Customer service was very quick returning my email and very helpful in setting me up with new login information.

I use to play alot. Always been a hack. I missed a $99 promo. I wrote the gave me the code, I subscribed. I started at lesson 1. I am doing each lesson like i had not clue. It is so far enjoyable. And I already am remembering my chord formations just by them saying we are going to play a ?? or I see the tab. So feels good.

"1. New member review"

1. Not a good start to being a member of guitar tricks. I spent the first week trying to get in touch with somebody at guitar tricks to help me get logged in. So I could use the program very frustrating.
It would help if you would put a point of contact to customer service in a place where it is readily accessible to new members.
2. At this point I have not yet had an opportunity to get in to the program and use it. I am waiting to get a brand new gretsch guitar by the end of this week. Once I have that, I will get in the program and try to take advantage of what it has to offer.
3. I find manoeuvering around in the program a little confusing. I am contributing that to being a new member. I hope it improves over time. I am looking forward to learning guitar with you.

very good. they have a core cotent, which you can follow and learn guitar from the beginning.
Besides a lot of other resources. So I definitely would give them a great rate to let more people know about it.

This is very well thought through system, I enjoy it very much.
two small thing that could be improved:
-would be great to have an auto cound down at the end of the lessons, which (if left untouched) would skip automatically to the next course without the need of getting out from full screen, pushing "next episode", and getting back to full screen
-it wasn's clear for me, how to open again the score on the right side if i closed it before

but these are really small things, the system is very convenient, clearly made by people how knew what they were doing - not just in the terms of guitar teaching but interface design as well.

"Needed more lessons 20 years later"

I took guitar lessons for 2 years in high school from the lead guitarist of a Dokken cover band. As you can imagine, I learned all about lead, solos, scales, pentatonic scales, etc. But nothing about rhythm. I wanted to learn and practice more rhythm and learn more styles of music. I got a 6-month subscription as a gift and I will 100% be renewing my subscription.

I'm just getting started but the beginner lessons are perfect. A great intro to the fundamentals. Instruction is clear and easy to follow. Lessons are just the right amount of information. Exercises are challenging but achievable.

"Extrremely frustrating trying to log…"

Extrremely frustrating trying to log in. Had to go through password reset. Finally logged in and there's no record of the lessons that I've already completed. Have to start over? Been at it for 30 min and am going to quit. Maybe go back to Fender Play.

The great software teaching package plus live instructures. The videos seem easy to follow. Am excited about getting a few of the training material.
