"Its about the support, not the content"

Its not about the content , but the lack of support. I was charged almost 20 days before my subscription renewal, when i cancelled my membership before the renewal date, the account was downgraded but at same time no refund was done. I wrote many times to support but without any answers ! Be careful with your subscription, if you want to cancel !

I like it so far but my progress would be easier if the lessons had consecutive numbers. Iet say I finish
Lesson 18 then I know im up to lessons 19. Titles of lesson are not at easy a a number. Think about making the change

Easy to use and navigate. Could use more songs though. Was disappointed that so many songs were from the Stones. I like the Stones but man just took many songs from them.

I'm 71 years old and taught myself to play as a teenager. Then I put it down for years until I saw your website. It has been great to take it back up and get back my skills. My finger tips just need to get toughened back up.
Your site and lessons are very good and easy to learn. I am enjoying relearning the guitar with your help.

I had difficulty with passwords across two devices and was unable to either retrieve my original password on my PC or change my password. So I emailed for tech support. The help desk resolved my problem within one day.

"Initial feedback while using the app for a few days"

I am using the app. I have been watching the experienced lessons for chords and scales. I dont like the fact that they include pretty basic lessons for begginers. Also i noticed that the app does not mark the progress correctly, i.e. even i complete the lesson it shows up partially complete afterwards. Finally i am a bit concerned about the whole video thing. It would be great if each lesson had a document as well, e.g. a tab with what it demonstrates, instead of the actual transcript that has now.

That said i really like how the company communicates with me over emails. They might be automated but well structured and to the point.

Overall content is really good so far... only frustration is that viewing the instructional videos on the phone is slightly annoying as it's cumbersome to rotate the phone horizontally for full viewing and then have to rotate back so that I can navigate to the next lesson.
