Having seen most of Brilliant Bikes You Tube videos by Hannah, I bought myself a used Brompton. I then needed tyres, inner tubes etc so ordered from Brilliant Bikes. I live in Carlisle, Cumbria and my order was delivered to me within 24 hours, to the minute. Outstanding Customer Service. I have asked for advice before from Hannah and she’s always on hand to help. "An apt name as I'm yet to be disappointed"

I'm yet to be disappointed, having had a few transactions now over the last couple of years. I'm impressed by the consistency and how soon things areive. They might not always be the cheapest but are competitively priced. For me they're definitely the best when I need Brompton parts with details such as compatibility with which years models (as the brand's own naming convention is pretty obtuse) that even the Brompton website lacks sufficient detail on.
They've got quite a wide range of bike bits in general so if you ever need to stock up here place.

"Excellent customer service"

Excellent customer service. Hannah responded to several emails before I drove down there from Birmingham to have a test ride. Hannah came with me on the ride, so that I could try the Brompton C Line and the P Line, and ask questions as we rode. Amazingly helpful - within 20 minutes, I knew the C Line was the best choice for me. Brilliant Bikes made some modifications (switched to a smaller chainring, changed roller wheels, etc.) with no labour charges. I've had reason to contact them again regarding some replacement components. Again, email communication was prompt and helpful. When I received the replacement chain in the post, they even included a pair of rubber gloves in the box - it's that level of customer service or thoughtfulness that makes for a great bike shop.

Oh, and their YouTube videos are amazingly helpful! I've lost count of how many I've watched in order to get mechanical advice and other information.
