I had a problem which was sorted out with care understanding and reassurance. The staff were exceptional especially angelene and alice. They treated me to my order being sent by express delivery the next day. I have been dealing with this company for about 20 years and never had a problem and I would like to say to anyone wanting an excellent service and high quality buy from Aspinal Sincere thanks from me

"Terrible Customer Services "

I bought a bag a little over a year ago, after a year the front panel with the aspinal logo came off (it looked like it had been glued on rather than stitched). I contacted customer services and they said as I was just over the year warranty they would repair for free. This was early November 2024.

Two weeks after I sent the bag, I followed up with an email as I had not received any updates to the status of my repair. They then responded and said repairs take six weeks, obviously this is a ridiculous lead-time esp for a minor repair; unless of course they have high repairs due to poor quality. When it got to the 4th week lead time, I told them to just return the bag and I will glue it myself, they informed me they would and would provide a return update asap, this was 9th December.

Since then I have heard nothing and do not have my bag back, I have sent emails and am getting ignored!! It’s also now exceeded the orginal six weeks for repair.

I will keep chasing and complaining as I paid a lot for my bag and will not accept them simply keeping it, I’m tempted to also report the company.

I have purchased a few Aspinals over the years but will never purchase another one as the customer services is appalling.


If you do purchase, just be warned it might fall apart after a year just like mine!
