"Worst brand company I ever had"

Worst brand company I ever had. I ordered online wallet gift for my husband winth engraved initials. Same day after receive I placed my order to return as it’s small like toy for kids after I put bank cards and driving licence in to it it’s wasn’t closed. After I placed return I received an email about this order not eligible for refund as it’s have initials but when I was buying its wasn’t any notes about this item is not refundable it’s only on theirs terms and conditions where customers don’t have to read on every shopping online. Now already more than 2 weeks and I didn’t get my money back and didn’t receive wallet back also. So disappointed please be aware of this company as to get your money back you need to have solicitors as I did even on the government rules I right to get refund . Prices is big but quality is poor.

It’s even more beautiful in person. The Aspinal of London website is user friendly. I was able to make my choice and order it easily. Shipping was free and had a quick turnaround time. "Zero customer service "

At checkout the website delivery in 5-10 days . Two weeks later I tracked my package to see it was out of stock . I contacted ‘customer service’ a term I use lightly, as here began a chain of automated responses and zero care. They had taken my $410 and I had also paid an additional $12.50
Transaction fee and 6 weeks later they still had my money and I had no items.
After you’ve purchased you can forget about having any ‘luxury brand’ service . All they want is your money on their bank.
They do not respond as a human to any questions or conversation.
This company does not deserve your order there are plenty of other places to purchase that will let you know upfront if items are not in stock instead of having to chase them to find out what’s happening with your order.
Do yourself a favour a look else where.
