Received a very nice A4 leather notebook cover, which also contains a nice pad of good quality paper. The leather cover is very nice indeed, with the type of leather being just what i wanted, and delivery was prompt.

"Do not buy anything from this store"
Do not buy anything from this store. Their customer service is terrible. They do not resolve anything. I sent several emails asking them to exchange a pen that I bought because it turned completely black in a month and they did not exchange it. The products are of very poor quality. A pen turned black in a month of use. The products are crap, similar to Chinese products. I tried to exchange it, sent several emails and they did not exchange it. I was outraged. I bought it from Harrods Store, which is a reseller, Aspinal London, and pushed the responsibility for the exchange onto the reseller, who also did not respond to the emails. They did not exchange it, did not respond and did nothing. Do not buy anything from these stores. Do not waste your money. When you want to buy, buy products in the USA. The consumer rights service is excellent, everything can be exchanged and resolved. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THOSE WHO RESPECT YOUR MONEY.

I bought two items from the sale - the delivery was very slow when on the website it says one to two days.The parcel never arrived and I am waiting for my money to be returned.(£500)
The company are saying it was signed for -I don’t know who signed for it! I won’t be buying from Aspinals again online as they are not taking this seriously.

"Pricey brand for low quality products"
I was gifted two beautiful bags made by Aspinal of London, I was thrilled to receive them and have taken great care of them, using them only on special occasions. However, despite minimal use and careful handling, both bags have developed significant issues:
1. Midi Bag: The handle has come unscrewed and is now unusable, with no option to secure it back in place. I have only used the bag on one shoulder or carried it by the handle, typically holding minimal items like my phone and a few cosmetics.
2. Black Trunk Bag: The silver corners have become loose. Despite my attempts to repair them using strong adhesive, they continue to fall off.
I am deeply disappointed that both of these luxury bags have presented such faults. After researching customer reviews, I discovered that others have reported similar issues, suggesting these may be design flaws.
It seems like too much of a coincidence that both bags, purchased at the same time, have developed quality issues that have also been reported by other customers online. Given that Aspinal is a luxury brand, and a high price was paid for these items, I would expect the quality to reflect the standard associated with your brand. Additionally, I believe it’s reasonable to expect a high level of service when addressing faulty items. However, Aspinal Customer Service mentioned that I had to pay £100 for the repair which are clearly design faults.
It is disappointing that price doesn't equate quality for Aspinal, do not recommend purchasing it.

Aspinal not only produces quality leather products, but they also have great customer service. I ordered a product on sale when customer service sent me an email that they were not happy with the product's quality. To protect their reputation, they asked me to pick something else which would they expedite shipping to me. I received the personalized folder today, and it is gorgeous and soft to the touch!

Excellent service with a Helpdesk that actually picks up the phone! Very pleased with the efficiency of the delivery the packaging and the product itself. A famous brand that does not appear to rest on its laurels.
