The parcel arrived when Aspinal said it would. I fully expected the delivery to be problematic as we live in an apartment block in Northern Ireland and I assumed that the courier experience would be a disaster. But no, the whole experience was first class and DHL delivered it without any hassle - a simple telephone call to tell me that the driver was at the front door. We will be ordering from Aspinal in the very near future.

I am writing this after receiving my 2nd Handbag this year so far, the quality and style of both bags are superb, I have never had any reason to contact customer service but I have every faith in the products.
