"Terrible exchange service"

I bought my partner a handbag for Christmas, she decided to exchange it for a different colour. The process of exchanging has been terrible, 4 weeks since the return was received by them and I've just had notification it has been dispatched, I was told it was on the way 10 days ago. Communication has been terribly slow and inaccurate. I think this is a company that has substantial issues, I'd probably not order online from them again.

Be careful when ordering from this company! I ordered a laptop bag in November - then 2 days later it went in the sale. I hadn't used the bag so messaged Aspinal to return it - with the idea that I would then reorder at the sale price. They suggested I could just keep the bag and they would arrange a refund to cover the difference in full price/sale price. Despite several emails, I never got the refund. By which time the 30 day returns terms was exceeded. Better to find out when their sales are before buying at full price.

Very fast service and delivery from UK to the US within 3 days, can’t complain there. Product quality of the Hudson bag is nice. Not ultra luxury but overall well made and reasonable pricing.
Just need to do a better job online when they said all duties included, then up the total price by $100 on final invoice.
Overall happy with product, and service. Would buy from them again
