"Aspinal customer service...?"

Efficient, polite help from customer service representatives can be a bit hit and miss with AOL, however I must say Cameron from Aspinal of London was uber helpful and efficient whilst dealing with me... I can't say that for all of the representitives I spoke to!

I discovered Aspinal of London two years ago, and I quickly became a huge fan of them. I have since accumulated numerous Aspinal of London handbags, as well as several of their SLG'S, three pairs of nappa leather gloves and two pairs of sunglasses. I honestly cannot fault their products because they are great quality, timeless and reasonably priced. Who needs extortionately priced luxury brands, when Aspinal of London offer comparable items but keep their prices affordable.

Awful customer service, I ordered a watch case as a gift which turned out to be too large and returned promptly. It arrived back at Aspinal HQ on 23 December, it’s now almost 5 weeks and no sign of a refund, customer service is non-existent / no one responds. Return number 480515

Update ** I have called the customer service line multiple times - it doesn’t ring. The website’s live chat is always busy. I’ve emailed FOUR times in 6 weeks, no response. I have used the WhatsApp chat - no response. This is RIDICULOUS

Saw a bag in the sale but it was showing as out of stock. Took a gamble and called up and Cameron at Aspinal trawled round the stores for me to find one. Delivery took a little longer due to this but the end result was the bag arrived today in perfect condition.

"Wallet/Passport Mens"

This is about my 3rd order placed from London to USA. Was kept well informed with DHL/Aspinal on delivery. Arrived a day early. The only thing I will say is does Aspinal not use the small boxes anymore to put wallet and passport in, they use to will use Aspinal again.
