"USPS lost my package"

USPS lost my package. I was kind enough to wait and check with my neighbors. While communicating with Maxine customer service. I was never told I need to file my steel claim because I had protected my purchase. So after 3 days from when the delivery showed delivered they said I need to file a claim with steel. So I did but I am being told that it’s past my 7 days from delivery day. Which makes absolutely no sense. Now Maxine refused to reship my item or a store credit refund.

This is my second purchase from the brand, Maxine Jewelry. The ring size is always correct for my finger. The shipping and delivery time was reasonable. It took about 4-5 days to arrive, after I placed my order. This order included additional items with the ring. This shopping was an improvement, from last year. This recent order included a guidebook about how to take care of the ring, the air tight bag (empty), the silver polishing cloth, and the clear packing air tight bag with the ring inside. These additional necessities made my shopping experience more enjoyable, than previously.
