Found the whole experience dealing with James and co to be fantastic , really seeing the benefits now in our business and would have no problem remending him to anyone and have done.

So I honestly don’t know where to start. I wish I had avoided this company and had nothing to do with them. I had a boiler replacement on government grant system last November. I had to contribute £900. Had a survey . All seemed very friendly. My worst nightmare was letting them do the job. First problem was the electrician. Tim. He says he’s the only one in the company and in the end I dreaded him coming in. The spur for my old boiler was behind a tile. This had to be removed. He refused so he quickly ran a new Spur of this without actually doing the job properly. This was fitted by previous owner of property. So when he left I have regularly had to wiggle the wire to get any heating. Ridiculous. He refused to repair this and took 4 weeks to actually be coaxed into doing it and I had to sign to say if he damaged the tiles it’s not he’s problem. I thought that was it. But no. I have now spent 2 months trying to sort out the low water problem with the boiler. Constant f1 failure and having to top water up. I think I’ve spoken to everyone in this company. I never get a call back. Never speak to any plumbers or electricians. I don’t actually get past reception. Yesterday the girl answering the phone had a email response from the remedial team (whoever they are). To say f1 not there problem nothing to do with them. I am seriously at the end of my tether. I used the last of my savings for this. To ensure my home was efficient. Using the government scheme. I’m depressed , tearful and do feel if I wasn’t a woman on my own this would not happen. My daughter is emergency ambulance crew. Coming home she needs a shower etc and the amount of times she’s come home late with no hot water is ridiculous, . Bearing in mind my previous boiler in the 3 years I’ve lived here did not have any leak or lack of water at all. I purely changed the boiler thinking of efficiency and cost . So now I googled this problem and it is an issue with the boiler and is actually down to this company. The boiler is not fit for purpose . The boiler is no good. I’ve begged them to take it away , refund my money and let me start again. All falls on deaf ears. And I still haven’t had a call back. Please avoid this company. The stress, anxiety is just too much. I’ve now gone to the ombudsman and Martin Lewis and citizens advice but I know this is a very long process and I still have a big problem with this boiler .

Booked to fit a new boiler under the grant scheme. Assured system would have power clean as only 10mm pipework in the house. This never happened meaning within 10 days I have had 2 leaks which required emergency plumbers. There is still a lot of air in the system, which is due to the dirt and will affect the boiler. They fitted TRV's incorrectly and damaged pipework to the elbow which now the remedial plumbers are having to chase the wall out to fix. They do not reply to you. A referral is being made to Gas Safe and the government department for non compliance and for poor practice. Also be very aware of what you sign for. They do not let you read the iPads (i wrote on the form prior to signing not viewed docs) and hold your data again without full explanation of how and where it will be stored. AVOID.

Very good service considering that survey was just pre to Christmas so the boiler was fitted by Dean in January. He was very concerned that circumstances beyond his control the fitting was over two days. Tidy work I highly recommend them.

Very fast from start to finish. Applied for the grant and it was fitted within two weeks, everything was explained. Everything works great. My only issue is that there should have been a choice with what boiler was installed. Apart from that I would defiantly recommend.

We recently bought a home and when we got the keys found out that the boiler despite having a service certificate for June 2021 was not working at all. Cue panic and having heating companies out with quotes of £1800-£2500 to sort it. We applied for various grant options and Elite Energy were fastest to get back to us, same day (a Friday) had a surveyor out the next day, Boiler booked for the install on the Monday. Paperwork was sorted Fri/Sat, Boiler install went fine on the Monday, workers were friendly, helpful and good with information and cleaned up afterwards. Can't really complain about the service, saved me thousands and gave me decent central heating.

Had a new boiler fitted by Dean and Natalie they were great very professional explained every step worked hard explained boiler / control very well . We didn't have to clear up as they done it all would highly recommend them
