"considering improve easy?? Be careful "
To all considering improve easy please be careful. They flooded by house leaving literally every single radiator open, plug sockets unscrewed from the wall, the plaster is so bad it has absolutely huge cracks in it and absolutely no response from anyone in the office. Yes my house is warmer but that's no excuse to allow such short falls.

"Improveasy ECO23/GRANT…10.7.23 to 25.7.23"
After being accepted for an ECO23/GRANT Improveasy Ltd undertook the work to be carried out. Unfortunately the majority of work carried out was done to an unprofessional standard. I tried on numerous occasions to contact the management re: my concerns of the shoddy workmanship. I had no response from any of my enquiries until my writing to the managing director, this resulted in a telephone reply from a person called Harry he promised that all would be done to make things right. In the end I had to correct everything myself by employing a tradesman to make good all that was wrong with the work. After this I had a visit from an Installeasy operative called David Howard who agreed after viewing a photograph of part of the work that it was unacceptable and he would see that I got reimbursed for that cost, he also assured me he would return to fix trickle vents for all windows, as these should have been done. To date none of these assurances have been carried out. Appointments have been made and not kept. The problems I have mentioned are serious and distressing enough for any householder. However, something even more serious is the fact that a large proportion of my jewellery went missing while this work was being carried out. All in all a very stressful and distressing experience. I would not recommend Improveasy/ Installeasy to anyone.

"Really sorry l have to write this…"
Really sorry l have to write this review. When the team arrived in my home they assured me that care would be taken of all of my furniture etc .Well my home was trashed , they finished Friday with the promise they will be back Monday to put all the furniture back. All day Monday l was chasing for someone to come as promised to no avail.Chris did call to see if l was happy,l explained and he arrived within the hour and helped to get me straight.Chris sent someone over the next day to finish off.Unfortunatly l still have plugs hanging off the walls, cover for a filter is missing, and l think my loft insulation hasn't been laid . Really poor communication ,poor standard, no care taken with my home it was trashed sadly.

"I am in a long going process with this…"
I am in a long going process with this company, which has now been nearly 2 years, 2021 and still ongoing.
I had windows fitted by Neoglaze and Improveasy is the finance that is dealing with the the payments.
The windows were not fitted properly which has now created damage to my house,
Improveasy are not taking responsibility and have been passing me over to different organisations. There is no custmer satisfaction or well being with this organisation.
I would stand well clear of them.
The Ombudsman has been involved, now the next step is court.

"From start to finish the work was…"
From start to finish the work was completed with total professionalism. Each person had consideration for our pets and our own personal space. From start to finish phone contact with the office was prompt and thoughtful

"Shambolic."
Review concerns both ImprovEasy and InstallEasy. Shambolic from start to finish (though not at the finish yet as Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) heating is broken again with a second ceiling damaging leak).
- Almost 18 months between first contact and the work beginning. Some of this time was due to circumstances beyond their control, but a lot of it was not.
- Months between payment and being given a start date, even then it was only because I wrote to the CEO.
- Me: "Will the heating be in before Christmas?"
Them "Definitely".
Installation was done the following March/April.
- In house communication between departments seems practically non-existent.
- Numerous instances of being promised someone will turn up or work will begin on a specific day, only to be sat at home all day with no one turning up and calls being unanswered.
- Internal Wall Insulation team seemed to have no idea what the survey said.
- ASHP team eventually turn up and say that the pump can't go where the surveyor said it would go.
- Pipe leak within days of installation, to be fair it was repaired very quickly. 2nd pipe leak a few weeks after installation, still waiting for a repair despite being given 2 dates when someone would fix it. The first was cancelled on the day, the second they just didn't turn up and didn't call.
- Much more but can't be bothered to type it right now - they've wasted enough of my time.

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS! "
Initially we were introduced to the company salesman, Sean Mooney. Who promised us that we would be able to offer all sorts of financial packages to our customers. The rates would be low.
Most of what he said was complete lies.
They only allow you to offer 1 finance option to a customer. So you were chained to 1. So if your plan was 0% interest and the customer wanted BNPL this was actually not possible.
Second we were never told of the companies retention fee. They hold on to up to 10% of your balance until you have put through a certain number of orders with them.
Third they never mentioned that you are charged £199 if you send an application to a customer and its not filled out on time.
All to get you to do a very lengthy and time consuming application process so they have you over a barrel at this point.
When offering finance to our customers we were also never told of the huge amount of content, signatures and information needed before they will pay out on completion. No training is provided on this or warning. So you are left wondering along with the customer what is actually happening and they will hold on to every penny until multiple checks are done.
Best part is as I haven't used them since January. They have wrote to me informing me that they are terminating my contract with them due to inactivity.
Only thing that garners this company a star is Lesley Shaw who handled my numerous complaints really professionally.
Blessing in disguise.
Avoid this company at all costs. Having worked with Finance providers like Ikano and the Sherman group you as a company have much better options available to you.
We were stung badly.

"I had a boiler installed by this…"
I had a boiler installed by this company last year under the Government Grant Scheme. A year later when I had the first annual service carried out I I am very disappointed with the service I have received. I would advise you to avoid this company at all costs!

"DO NOT USE. APPALLING COMPANY"
*APPALLING SERVICE. DO NOT USE.*
Their staff turn over seems very frequent too, so they must be an utter delight to work for!
Currently appointed a solicitor, just need to collate all info and await telephone calls logs from the company. If not (which they won't), I'll use the ones I have recorded myself.
Boiler fitted May 2021 and what a disgrace that was. That's putting it nicely.
I have a daughter with a disability so I expect things to be in safe, working order and to have minimal damage around the house.
All receipts have been put together of the damage I've paid to correct what I can afford through my own pocket, and the tradesmen who has sorted these (who do not work for Elite) have said they will write me a letter stating how poor and dangerous the boiler was prior to them looking at it. This was when I had my boiler serviced the other month.
Over 70 phone calls to Elite, and at least 30 emails. Only 2 acted on (... only just!). I could name all the staffs names, but I won't do for legal reasons.
The issues below were down to the poor boiler installation. I called and they sent someone round regarding some of the issues - but only one issues out of then all(water leak) was fixed. It was only fixed because I had to pay someone else to disgnose the leak.
*** Andy (I presume their handy man) has been and has fixed the leaking pipe in my bedroom where my old boiler tank was (after water damage/ plaster peeling/ mould gathering).
My sink is damaged during boiler installation. The actual inside of the sink has popped up, not the whole basin itself. So I could lift my sink out and there be a big hole with the draining board and taps still installed.
Andy resealed the sink baskn with a clean sealant underneath and ontop. It's leaking as it's peels when washing and has began to go green mouldy. I can't put anything under my sink because it is warping the wood and making the tin cans for cleaning rusty.
He neatened some wires that were left loose in the kitchen from the guys who fitted the boiler. (My Dad's an electrician and was shocked at them leaving the wires as they were near the sink and oven hob)
I replace the towels under the sink, but it's expanded the laminate wood. New flooring in the kitchen will be needed.
My bedroom carpet has 2 big burn marks and stained where they must've used a heated machine to put pipes together.
I asked about the damage to the carpet; the white splodges, and several circular burn marks. Andy said he can't do anything about that and advised me to contact Elite. Laughable.
The large water mark, lines of water, and cracks in the plaster board from the leak.
I sorted this water damage out and cracks myself but again, the materials are coming out if my own pocket. It won't cost a fortune for the materials, but is besides the point.
I've already spent £125 on the diagnostic for the leak with a separate tradesman who doesn't work for Elite. He commented that they'd have known there was. A leak when fusing the pipes together.
The funnel (?) At the top of the boiler wasn't fitted correctly.
Outside pipes needed more insulation.
Brickwork and dust left in the garden. My storage cabinet outside was used as a ladder, despite there being a ladder that I LET THEM USE!! The storage cabinet has a dint in it.
When having my service last month , the guy who came said that they'd fitted the wrong fuse, so put a new one in, he also said that the copper pipework he had fitted was too small, therefore I'm using more gas, and the pressure isn't good.
He said he will write me a letter when my solitors papers come through to back up my statement, as will the other guy who diagnosed the leak before Andy from Elite came to look at it. ***
Please avoid. I went with this company because they had the scheme to have boilers fitted cheaper. Taking a loan out and going with a proper company would've made more sense now.
Luckily for me. I took pictures of all pipework and kitchen surrounds before the work was done, and made sure all paperwork signed for by the DECENT tradesmen that came to help me.

"******DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY******"
Elite Energy have absolutely no regard for the impact they cause their customers. Their incomplete installation has caused me no end of distress. All they are interested in is payment for works BEFORE installation is completed. They have no due regard for anything else. It should be noted that no one should have to suffer like I did whilst being held to ransom for payment of works before they are started. This firm should not be awarded any contract as far as I am concerned to do any works because it is incapable in delivering. No customer service, no due regard, incompetent management, non-existent customer service, incompetent logistics, inability to remedy in a timely fashion. The firm is incapable of operating.
Be aware this firm incapable, incompetent, inconsiderate, and wholly unfit to conduct business such installations. Who in their right mind has offered them contracts is beyond me??!! The complete inability to respond is shameful and just highlights the due care and consideration this firm has for it’s so called customers. To date no response has been received from them, you all should be aware of this and be mindful of the type of firm you are dealing with.
They left me as a 70 year old pensioner cancer patient without a correctly functioning boiler who was without heat and hot water for 4 weeks! I asked for resolution with a response non-existent. This is not the way to treat customers.
Never use this company!!!
