"New boiler "

Fantastic Joe and son excellent they work so well together. Tidy they removed a back boiler in its place a combi. A lot of work was involved it was second nature. I had no clearing up to do that is how tidy they work. Hope I can get them as a service provider and ditch British Gas

"Conning vulnerable elderly people"

***WARNING TO ALL ELDERLY RESIDENTS IN MANCHESTER AREA, BEING ASKED ABOUT BOILER/ENERGY HELP GOVERNMENT SCHEME.


This company are appalling and preying on the elderly generation for their own gain.
The 1 star is for the engineer who fitted the boiler and did a good job.

They approached my 83 year old parent, who has no internet, no mobile etc, which they were made aware of at the assessment.
They removed the working boiler in situ and replaced it will a new one. Great, you would think- NO!

The new boilers have to be operated by Google Nest, and an app on a mobile, run by having internet. As my elderly father has NEITHER of these, and no intention of purchasing, he was left unable to use the new boiler.

We contacted Improveasy and someone went out and set something up on it. He went out next day and on returning home, his house was like a furnace.

There was no way the temperature could be lowered and he had no way to use the nest. Therefore, it had to be unplugged.

Several times I've requested a manual to set by hand.NOTHING!

I have also asked for a timer clock to be put on, so he can easily set times/days. NOTHING!

Upon speaking to them again, and asking for a different boiler to be put in, that can be used by elderly parent,I was told my elderly parent would now have to pay for one to be fitted, as the only get money from the Government, for fitting Google nest ones. If they want a manual clock fitted, to enable them to use it, they have to pay for it, at a cost of £150. Absolutely appalling, disgusting,con artists!!


You should be ashamed, preying on vulnerable people to line your pockets.
I will be raising with local MP and Ombudsman.

"Scammers"

Last time they said - "we are really sorry this mistake led to a 1 star review of our company. This looks like a typo. We do send 2 reminders before ceasing communication. We hope the messages have since stopped. Thank you." BUT the spam continues. Get it sorted. I've reported the latest scam attempts. The fact your email starts with "Hi Ldki," shows this is a scam.

"Absolutely shocking what these have put…"

Absolutely shocking what these have put me through!!! Solar system installed and next day when it woke up it tripped my house electrics, I put them back on and same thing again next day, called the electrician out and he came back and changed a few things. Then no problems for a while until 13 days ago when it tripped the house again. I put my electrics back on but the boiler would no longer work, I had British gas and my home insurance emergency cover out to look at the boiler, they both said the solar system must be wired wrong and couldn't fix the boiler. I called installeasy and told them what had happened and emphasized the fact I am disabled and their errors meant I had no heating or hot water which I need for one of my disabilities to regulate my body temperature or it can turn serious fast. They said they would call me back, over 24 hours passed and nothing so I complained to their regulatory body (NAPIT) who again contacted them on my behalf and told them they must resolve it within 24hours due to the health risks it posed for me. I heard absolutely nothing and my body core temperature dropped to an unsafe level causing other dangerous side effects, i couldnt risk being hospitalised and have kids to think about so I went to one of these companies that fit boilers the next day and took out a loan so my house was quickly safe to live in again, they fit a new boiler and told me to leave the solar system off. Turns out my house wasn't suitable to have a solar system fitted and this would've been picked up on had this company actually had have waited and let the professional surveyor company come round and check my property first, (I was oblivious that was meant to have been done until a month after the solar system had been fitted and i got the call from the external company that has to check your homes suitability for a solar system first!)I eventually got a call from improveasy over a week after originally making them aware i was without heating and hot water due to their failures, i advised i had to buy a new boiler and turn the solar system off, they said the electrical manager would phone me back. A few hours later I got a call to say the electrical manager is away and will pick this up and get back to me first thing when he's back in 5 days. That is today and it's late evening and what a surprise I have had no phone call!!! So they have caused me so much stress and nearly £2000 debt to just put my home back into the condition it was before they quickly and bodge jobbed a solar system into my house that won't even work atall now!!!!!

I had a brand new Ideal logic combination boiler fitted by Dan Hill & Dave Howard very proffessional , answer`d all questions i was concern`d about. we did incur a problem Dave howard went the extra mile & delivered . Thanks again Dave & Dan & thank the improveasy Group .

Edited review: Despite lots of install "issues" and a long time putting it right, I have edited my review to a 3 star due to the after service from Harry Khan, he is superb & made sure everything is right in the end.

I think this is fairer...a lot of these companies don't care once they walk off the job.
