In general the bikes are in good condition, there are plenty of bays around city centre, and are easy to use. Occasional problems arise with unlocking and returning the bikes, but the staff are helpful and all in all I have had a great experience!

Customer services is always kind and servicial. When I contacted them always happy to refund me the fee but, the maintenance of the bikes and the official stops need to improve. I don't said they are not working hard but very often when I try to take a e-bike it's not ready for hire? Or looks the battery need to be charged ...
As I said by chat customers services 10 points cause they are very very helpful, but the services of the bikes in general and maintenance I have to give a 2 cause always have issues, fortunately customer service resolved always
