Shehwar at beryle CS helped me within 5 minutes put my mind at ease when my locking system didn’t work there for leaving me with a big charge I just couldn’t pay.
Only bad experience I’ve had so far but shehwar stepped in perfectly and resolved the situation.

Id like to think it it was made for my height it would have been a nice ride, but it wasn't.Online it said the saddle was adjustable down to 4"11 but when I tried to get on it which was a task itself, I could only just touch the floor with my tippy toes. For safety I like my feet to completely reach the floor.Its also alot bulkier than it says online and I had to ask for my boyfriends help in locking it because it took quite a push to get it back into the lock.There needs to be a smaller options available or at least what's stated online, able to be used by 6"5 to 4"11.It ruined a nice summer day out.

We had a few problems with the Beryl bikes on our first trip but the customer support team were brilliant. The bike scheme is such a great idea - hope it goes from strength to strength!

Consistently bad service always have to contact support when you want to end the ride because it doesn’t lock. Sometimes entire bays of bikes don’t unlock. Most bike have some kind of issue: sticking breaks, flat tire, broken seat. Most electric bikes don’t offer much assistance. Sometimes the ride ends when you want to pause it and they charge you £6 which you have to contact support to get back and stay by the bike while you’re doing it to take it back to the bay wasting more of your time. Maybe 1/10 trips go without an issue but that’s a generous estimate. I can’t remember the last time I’ve had a ride that hasn’t required me to contact support because something has gone wrong. What a downgrade to the service we had before.
